- Here we show you how to install 3-point hitches on Case Ingersoll Garden Tractors and loaders as well as explain what is in our Three point hitch install kit.
This is a very simple and fast install for the 200, 400, 3000, and 4000 series as well as the Ingersoll-made Massey Ferguson GTX models. AND all 600, 6000, and 7000 series loaders! As well as many other brands and models.

Is there any other pto valves that can be used in place of the j17 for a rear tiller? I cannot find one

OK so I will have the tiller here by Wednesday.
You can keep my old sleeve hitch and I will throw in $20 bucks for gasoline.
Can you have it done by Wednesday or if you want to camp out I will tell the critters that the spring is reserved 😉
On a serious note I have to choose between a 3 point or a tiller or a totescoop.
Any advice?

@cody481 if you have the pto and sleeve hitch already I would go with tiller or 3 point dependingwhat you want more. If you don't have pto and sleeve already. And if you have access to 3 point then grab it.
Can the 224 versions get three point hitch & tiller like the others
Yes, though the j26 hitch was not designed for them, many have done it. The lift and down geometry is off some being on the small wheel models. The HH34 hitch will go on all models. Thanks for the question.
What is the deflector on the top of that plow?
Was something someone had put on a plow we bought.
Great video. My Case 224 has parts of a 3 point on it. It has the part that bolts to the tractor. The top lift arms. But wrong cylinder and lower arms. And no hoses run to the back to operate it. So who knows what went on there. 🤔
Any way. Even if I got it operational, I don’t have any 3 point attachments. All my stuff is sleeve hitch. That fit my other tractors.
So would it be a good idea to put sealing compound on the treads of the top right hand bolt that holds the 3 point system on to the tractor. So nothing leaks into rear end.

You could get a sleeve hitch adapter F27 so you could use your sleeve implements. Thread sealer could not hurt for sure. But between the 3 point bracket, rear seat bracket, washer and hopefully tight thread seal not much should get in there. Have a great day bud!
