I’ve also used peroxide whitening toothpastes and they DO work. Especially if you use the one’s that have 3% hydrogen peroxide. I use them only ONCE per day and they whitened my teeth and the extra nice thing about them is that they whiten all the way to the back of your mouth. So it’s not just the front teeth. I also like to use them for maintenance after having used, say, Crest White Strips. Then maybe 3 months later using the toothpaste to maintain. That’s a great way to maintain your lovely white megawatt smile! ✨😁✨ NOTE: Please don’t use them all the time. After I finish the tube I move onto a regular floride toothpaste for a number of months before using another tube as maintenance. 😉
I like them! I used to use them ALL the time before I made custom trays in dental hygiene school. These ones I often recommend to my patients: amzn.to/4d7dlQi
Not joking about in office treatments. I get random electric shock sensations the first few weeks afterwards. Toothpaste for sensitivity helps big time
Hiii, I’ve been watching your videos and learning alot through your content. Do you have a video specifically about tongue hygiene? I’m starting to notice brown and black patches on my tongue and I was wondering how to get rid of them. I’m starting to freak out. Would be really helpful to get your tips and watch your videos on it. Thank you ❤
yesss! here are my tongue videos: th-cam.com/video/hlCwIbTqd5M/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/_N7gM3lVmIM/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/bu5PoXLd304/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/DNE__6LsxOU/w-d-xo.html hope these help!
@@TeethTalk thank you so much! These were really helpful. Is there any specific video where you talk about black spots on tongue like a black small patch?
Your teeth are so white. I wish my teeth were as white as that. But I’m glad I’m brushing my teeth.. I have some tender gums, amd since I’m brushing. It will get better ❤❤❤
Whitney, why didn't you mention Hydrogen-peroxide (w/ baking soda) toothpaste?? Does this type of toothpaste damage enamel? Thank you, darling. -William
oftentimes toothpaste won't whiten teeth, but it can reduce stains from forming, thus making the teeth appear whiter. here's my whitening toothpaste video that explains further: th-cam.com/video/QSWUq9ztwbY/w-d-xo.html hope this helps!
@@TeethTalkHow do you get a stain off of a tooth? My canine tooth has a yellow stain on it I’ve been trying to brush off. It seems to be slowly fading but is this something better to get removed in the office by a professional?

Hi Dentist, recently I’ve noticed a lot of extra sensitivity around my gums of my front teeth. I’m not trying to skip brushing, but it’s becoming painful, burning and white spots are appearing and disappearing when I brush. How can I brush safer and painless?! Thanks Dentist! 🦷 🪥
the custom trays really are not for the rest of your life, like how can you say that, the teeth/mouth is changing ... i was on the airflow procedure and still got black stains on teeth and my toungue, it`s horrible, i wouldn`t get the custom trays and get the whitening from the office, i just want healthy gums and teeth, maybe i`ll try the whitening stripes or gel with the semicumstom trays, but anyways, i`m a fan of aethetic and beauty, but too much is too much, health is n1 priority, and people are just throwing money away like crazy, just need to get more financialy educated - financial literacy.
I have used my Invisalign trays but I would probably be more hesitant about using a retainer because I change me trays every week so I am not too concerned about how long they last.

Does the effect of the peroxide wear out and hence the products need to be continuously applied , in order to maintain the aesthetic?
My dentist said so, so she advised 1 whitening procedure every year, but honestly I'm not sure
here's my "how often" you can whiten video -- hope this helps: th-cam.com/video/seRrqGJB9MQ/w-d-xo.html

thank you for watching!
What about whitening toothpastes that have hydrogen peroxide in them? Are those effective when used daily to brush your teeth?

I used a peroxide based whitener a while ago, and it removed my enamel making my teeth even more yellow
After routine cleaning every 4 months my dentist does the polishing. Can I do that polishing at home to whiten my teeth?
Thanks.

i would try Parodontax toothpaste, it helped me when i got the interdental brushes and my gums were bleeding like hell.
Thx❤❤
Off topic, but do you still get tonsil stones?

Where would emulsions fit in?
Can you use the custom trays to sleep as well, to "protect" your teeth or those are a different kind of tray?
different kind of tray! made of different material! night guards are "hard" plastic. hope this helps!
I have a hole can I still use strips I read it can go into the hole and cause pain 😬
Have you whitened yours.
yep like I said in the video, I've been using semi-custom trays lately! links are in the description box! :)
Bingo!
can't imagine putting bananas on my teeth
except for in the thumbnail when I acted it out lol

I have plastic retainers that my orthodontist made for me after my braces were taken off, could I just use those for whitening?
Wondering if these are the same or not 😓
Whitening trays are softer and more flexible than retainers. I prefer to use my whitening trays
I have used my Invisalign trays but I would probably be more hesitant about using a retainer because I change me trays every week so I am not too concerned about how long they last.
Forget about Teeth, Are you Italian?😂
Whitney DiFoggio? it's possible
