    I’ve also used peroxide whitening toothpastes and they DO work. Especially if you use the one’s that have 3% hydrogen peroxide. I use them only ONCE per day and they whitened my teeth and the extra nice thing about them is that they whiten all the way to the back of your mouth. So it’s not just the front teeth. I also like to use them for maintenance after having used, say, Crest White Strips. Then maybe 3 months later using the toothpaste to maintain. That’s a great way to maintain your lovely white megawatt smile! ✨😁✨
    NOTE: Please don’t use them all the time. After I finish the tube I move onto a regular floride toothpaste for a number of months before using another tube as maintenance. 😉

      I like them! I used to use them ALL the time before I made custom trays in dental hygiene school. These ones I often recommend to my patients: amzn.to/4d7dlQi

    Hiii, I’ve been watching your videos and learning alot through your content.
    Do you have a video specifically about tongue hygiene? I’m starting to notice brown and black patches on my tongue and I was wondering how to get rid of them. I’m starting to freak out.
    Would be really helpful to get your tips and watch your videos on it.
    Thank you ❤

    What about whitening toothpastes that have hydrogen peroxide in them? Are those effective when used daily to brush your teeth?

    • @TeethTalk
      @TeethTalk  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +9

      oftentimes toothpaste won't whiten teeth, but it can reduce stains from forming, thus making the teeth appear whiter. here's my whitening toothpaste video that explains further: th-cam.com/video/QSWUq9ztwbY/w-d-xo.html hope this helps!

    the custom trays really are not for the rest of your life, like how can you say that, the teeth/mouth is changing ... i was on the airflow procedure and still got black stains on teeth and my toungue, it`s horrible, i wouldn`t get the custom trays and get the whitening from the office, i just want healthy gums and teeth, maybe i`ll try the whitening stripes or gel with the semicumstom trays, but anyways, i`m a fan of aethetic and beauty, but too much is too much, health is n1 priority, and people are just throwing money away like crazy, just need to get more financialy educated - financial literacy.
