Ahyeon made us believe that high note was easy but the pressure for her to do well on that part is so high as well. You will see her prepping herself for that even nervous. I'm so proud of Ahyeon for killing it live!

Well you NEED TO PREPARE. The amount of breath that takes to sustain such a long note, is a LOT. So obviously she is going to gather as much breath as she can to be able to deliver the note.
