I’ve went through years of depression, and it made it extremely hard for me to do easy everyday tasks such as brushing and flossing my teeth. Now that I have been doing a lot better, I have been so insecure of my teeth and how bad it has gotten because of my past depression, considering the fact I will always find a way not to talk or cover my mouth when I laugh or talk. I want to have white teeth so that I will be able to feel comfortable in my body.

Using UV light to "activate" hydrogen peroxide is not 'cap'. Hydrogen peroxide contains a single oxygen-oxygen bond, aka peroxide bond, which decomposes under UV to release water and nascent oxygen. Nascent oxygen is very reactive and unstable and has a strong oxidizing property. This is what causes the bleaching action. That is why hydrogen peroxide is usually stored in dark containers, to prevent it from decomposing under sunlight (UV).

Got my braces back at the end of June and your video's have been super helpful and fun to watch!😄 I'm probably one of the few people who was actually excited to get braces (just to straighten a few front bottom teeth which got worse when my wisdom teeth were trying to come in but couldn't as my mouth had no room form them, so they ended up trying to make room resulting in some teeth getting more out of shape). I do have a question for you: I'm getting my wire tightened/changed and new elastics and I was wondering is their some website/program where I can play around with the different colours to see what they would look like? Just sometimes colours are better looking in your head😛 Keep up the awesome content!❤

I had teeth whitening done and wasn't warned that it would be so sensitive. They were new at teeth whitening and didn't give me any sensitivity relief. I had already had so many cavities that I'm actually so angry that I wasn't told about the pain. I got given a bunch of home top up treatments and only used one as the pain was debilitating. Was extremely expensive and never would have gotten it done if I'd known about the pain.

The whitening strips do work but like the professional in office whitening, it only goes a few shades lighter so depending on your current color, it may take a while to see noticeable results.

Love the honesty
Everybody is different and some people can have genetics come into play with the color of their teeth. I tried whitening strips for the longest time and never saw much of a difference. I was extremely disappointed. Zoom whitening was the best choice I have ever made, and my teeth were the whitest they have ever been. Now I just keep it up with the take home trays every 3-4 months. Put the bleach in the trays and pop them in for 30 minutes a day for 3 days and they are back to being pearly white.
While I loved Zoom whitening, I don't think I would like to undergo the process again. My gums had a little bit of a chemical burn because I salivate a lot. The gums took about 6-8 weeks to recover and return to normal. My bottom teeth were sensitive for 2 days, but the relief gel helped a lot. Those are the only qualms I had about the procedure, but I certainly do not regret it.
Can I ask does zoom whitening help with eroded enamel? I have quite bad genetics when it comes to the thickness of my enamel and since I was little I have brushed way too hard because of hypochondria...

The lady looking at the dentist and camera is the reason I'm so glad my dentist has tvs on the ceiling 😅 I hate awkwardly looking around. I do sometimes just close my eyes and almost fall asleep half the time but that causes them to ask me if I'm OK more often 😅

i went through the same zoom treatment just like in this video. my teeth got 3 shades lighter. In my opinion its not worth it for the price. Had i known I would have gotten the impressions done and bought the whitening gel myself for home use.
