    This is amazing. I was feeling lazy and was searching for online workouts , thats when i started doing her workouts along with the proper diet chart , post partum mother i am so accordingly. My Weight came down from 81 to 77 in 5 days . Most of the comments at first felt like are they really so ?? But now I understood, yeah !! Will be following this and update the results soon.

    I tried your workout for the first time, didn't expect to sweat this much. But the best part was the all the 3 beautiful ladies had different body types which makes many people relate to each one of them. When I struggled, they struggled a little too and it motivated me so much and I kept going. Otherwise usually in workout videos we see all the skinny women working out without getting tired which is not relatable to many of us.

    When i am doing this...i dont feel that i am doing workout...i just feel that i am practising a dance for a function...usually i feel stressed while doing workout...but doing this workout makes me feel happy and relaxed...after 15 minutes of this workout itself i am sweating a lot.....THANKS A LOT DHEEDHI....

    Coming back after 2 years! 2 years ago i lost 6 kgs in a month with this video, some weight training and home diet but then with time, life happened and my eating disorder resurfaced so again, i've given myself deadline of 3 months this time and going to stick with this video and the same routine i had 2 years ago! lets see if i am able to achieve my goal!       You can lose 10-20 kg in a month without heavy zumba or workout, here you have to do exercise or zumba for more than 30 mins but you can lose more weight in a single month without doing 30 min exercise, if you wanna know how you can reply me

    There are so many thing that I loved about this video -
    1. The way they all are constantly smiling and nodding their heads, making me feel that they can actually feel me working out with them.
    2. How they enjoy it and makes me wanna enjoy along them too.
    3. How simple and beginner friendly this session was yet really active and sweat full.
    4. The way Deepti starts a new dance move with just 1 step at a time to make us familiar with the multiple body parts movements.
    5. I enjoyed this as much as they did - all thanks to those 3 beautiful ladies for letting me work out with them!
    Tbh, I took a 2 minute break in between, but the session was amazing!!

    24:00 doing this during Navaratri... I've been doing this since like 1 week now... And the results are just magical... I had a bulging stomach, there is no bulge... Moreover I followed a diet which too helped me in fitting into my old clothes.. This zumba is the best one, energetic,, makes me sweat and also enjoyable.. Thanks a lot.. The diet I followed was- I ate homemade food, skipped dinner usually, or else ate before 7 pm.. And I also skipped outside food.. Maybe ate them once or twice a week... That's it, and am covered in sweat even after doing for 6-7 minutes

    Hello Deepti! I'm Angeline from India. How did I ever miss this video? I'm 67 kgs now and have my wedding in 2 months. I want to reduce 7 kgs and come down to 60 kgs at the time of my wedding. Today is 19th November 2022. I tried this zumba workout dance today and never expected to sweat this much. Thank you. Felt like I was using every body part during this dance. I will surely try this everyday for 30 minutes and will let you know the difference and will give an update on my weight every month.

    I am very lazy person but dance means something you cannot stop. this was my first day with my two daughters along with me to join the dance work out (age 9 yrs and 5yrs). I hope I will continue this after seeing so much of motivational comment.

    So I have been struggling with mental health and PCOS since last 4 years and even after being a nutritionist I never could follow a good lifestyle and incorporate any kind of exercise in my life due to mental health issues. I am so glad I found this today. It's not difficult for beginners like me. I weigh 76kgs right now. I will stick to this for sure along with 3 days of swimming for 30-45 mins and a good diet. I can do this. Thank you for coming up with this routine. I'm sure it will help me.

    I'm 25 years old with 67 kgs.I want to reduce it to 57.I have been very lazy to do workouts. Today somehow i convinced myself to start my workout session.When i searched youtube,i came up with ur video didi. While doing,i was sweating like hell but i completed the whole 30 min.Its superb interesting to workout with dance.After the first 30 min session,i felt like floating.I will workout 2 times everyday.Along with that,will follow a sugar free balanced diet.Will update my progress after 2-3 months.
    Update 1 : it's been 3 weeks and i reduced 3 kgs(current weight 64 kg). Its working and I'm very happy with the results.
    Update 2 : After 4 months, I reduced my weight to 60 kgs.
    Note: This journey helped me to understand more about my body.I found weight loss after my periods get over.But nearing to periods,no reduction due to water retention or hormonal fluctuations.More calorie deficit doesn't work for me.The more I starve,the more my body fails to lose weight. I have been doing zumba only once(30 min).I maintained calorie deficit most of the days.I repeat didi's different workouts everyday.Since i don't have any hurry in weight loss, i will continue this for few more months and reduce my weight to 57.Then I have planned to maintain it.Will update soon.

      @@dope692 Morning first 2glass of hot water and some workouts then 1glass of lemonjuice with honey and 2dates. Then for breakfast fruits (apple,/ pomengranate) then lunch 2chapathi +1bowl full of vegetables (carrot/beans/beetroot/cauliflower like that avoid potatoes .cooked vegetables prefered. Eve lemon juice +1 banana. Nyt vegetable soup or some upmas like that

    Found this, and did this today morning. Loved it!! Deepti, I have been looking for dance-exercise videos for this whole damn pandemic year, and every single one was just not made for not-so-agile 50+ year olds like me!! I love dancing but am really not good and fast and I found other videos impossible to follow even when labelled as "beginner" - so I had given up. Today I just thought I'll search again and found this! When you said beginner you really meant beginner! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and could follow at least 80-90% of your steps, and worked up a good sweat. I found Uma and Iti also so sweet and relatable and if couldn't follow you I could follow either one of them ...they look so happy and smiling the whole time.

    I had tried many kinds of workouts and I had no results, instead I ended up having body pains. But this workout is totally worth it.     I get tired really soon because of low levels of blood pressure, so I do it in 3 parts taking 5 min of break in between. It's just day 6 of doing this exercise and I feel a huge change in my body. I managed to fit back in my old jeans. It worked wonders for me!

    This was so much fun. I'm not a dancer by any means(shy one at a party) so i was sceptical at first that would i able to complete it or not, but surprisingly i COMPLETED IT.     Today I started this workout and honestly, I could complete only 15 minutes, I started sweating like anything but at the same time, I felt so refreshed and energetic.
    I Will keep on continuing this routine and would share my results after every 15 days.
    Due to lockdown, I have put on approx 7-8 kg of weight and I feel so tired and lethargic in doing nothing.
    After reading such positive comments I am going to do this.
    Current weight - 60kg
    Goal- 55kg

      Yes. arm and face fat hi pehle loose ho raha.
      I am following this regular diet. 1 glass Warm water with 1 squeezed lemon. Breakfast me egg whites, lunch me 2 roti and any sabji with cucumber/carrots, 1 orange/mosambi at 4-5 pm. Dinner mostly earlier than before around 7 pm with 1.5 roti and normal sabji. Thats it.

    Hi Deepti! As 2021 comes to an end, I wanted to send you a big thank you for making these videos, especially this video in particular. I have struggled with weight since I was about 9-years-old. I tried treadmill and other exercises but could never sustain them for a long period of time. In April 2021, after gaining weight during the quarantine period, I was looking for something that combined Bollywood with exercise and stumbled upon this video. For several months, I was consistent, doing this and other videos 1-2x a day with some diet. I lost about 25 pounds! Although I took a break from working out after starting graduate school, this is still my go-to workout. I wish I had taken pictures to track my progress! I feel so much healthier and confident now, and I hope that in 2022 I will be able to continue and reach my fitness and health goals. Thank you so much for making this possible!

    Today was my first ever day trying this workout and let me tell you I did not expect to be this tired from a dance workout and as it was my first day it was quite hard to persevere, but I did it and my goal is to reduce my weight from 65kgs to 50kgs which means I'm planning on following this for another five months and I'll be sure to update my results.

I also had a lil ailment in my knees but this was completely ok for me.And and and I lost 7kgs!!!! Now I am sooo motivated that I am ready to do any workout❤❤❤

    Okay, this is my cardio! Gone back to Bollywood dancing 💃🏻 Love this instructor; her smiling face and the music and moves make me so happy! And you have to engage your brain to keep up with the steps. Bye bye bike! Worked up a huge sweat, burned 300 calories and even my dog joined in! 😂

    This was amazing. I loved your energy and steps. I've gone through a surgery 8 months ago and since then I putted on 10 kgs of weight and it was impossible for me to do exercise and to loose weight but this helped me a lot. It was easy to do and boosted me up and I didn't even worry about my operated leg. I'll do this everyday. Thankyou so much for this amazing video. Lot's of love 💕💕💕

    Thank you so much for this video!!! Loved the simplicity and I could follow all the steps and enjoyed it too. Today was the first day after years so I was tired after about 15 mins. The max I could stretch it to was 22 mins so I skipped the last 5 mins to the cool down. My target is to complete the whole set in the next 3 weeks. Thank you, Deepti.     Im a 25 yr old at 90kg rn...need to loose the weight...The workout is amazing... Went completely breathless at 20mins...couldnt do more... Will try to complete it.... I hope this workout helps.
