Loving this series! Came to it a week late but that is OK. I am blind and appreciate your great cues. I am confused about one pose in this particular practice. When you have us lifting one leg and then doing a twist do we keep that leg lifted and extended and do we twist toward the leg that is lifted? Thank you in advance.
When you lift your right leg (your lifted leg should be bent 90 degrees to begin with), hold onto the back of your knee with both hands. As you exhale, extend your leg straight forward and up as far as you comfortably can. Continue to work on the lifted leg and circle the ankle a few times. For the next pose (twist), hold onto the right leg with the left hand and release the right arm toward the back for a twist. I hope this is helpful for you.
