    Welcome to Day 6 of our 10-day chair yoga for weight loss series.
    In this video, I will guide you through powerful yoga poses such as Warrior 2 and Peaceful Warrior, followed by extended side angle poses and other various movements that will strengthen your lower abs and side body.
    We will end our practice with a gentle neck, face, and head massage, which will leave you feeling awakened, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

    So much fun today!💃 I use this for my 'loosening up' exercise. Being an 'oldie goldie' this is wonderful. In the poses, today, I heard my hip click back into place! Lol! My chiropractor is wondering 'where I am'! I am here!! 👋Thank you! Off to my Rebounder!!🥰💜💛💚🧡💙❤

    I absolutely adored the addition of the massage! As you know, I love doing these classes in the evening and golly. Did that feel amazing.🎉❤🎉
    I also just finished chopping herbs for dinner before I did this so my hands smelt amazing😂
