Good afternoon Lee.I have just found your channel & saved this 10 day yoga for weightloss. Will this be suitable for a beginner? I have dabbling with yoga for some time to help with my weight,mindfulness,stress &hormones.So I am not a complete beginner,but some of the yoga videos for beginners are to difficult for me,especially touching toes / forward folds. I am actually very strong,however my lower belly fat is my issue,especially attempting those kind of poses & the fact they don't give modifications for uou to build up to hopefully one day being able to do them,if you get my point? It can be challenging to touch your toes if extra weight around your waistline is a barrier. However, yoga is not just about reaching your toes or how far you can stretch your body. As you practice mindfulness through movement, breathing, and becoming aware of what you eat and don’t eat, you will begin to notice small changes in your body, mind, and lifestyle every day. This is wonderful! I had a surgical repair of my Achilles tendon this year, and the surgeon borrowed a tendon from the bottom of my right foot in order to resect my tendon. Because of the missing tendon, I can no longer stand on my tippy toes, so a lot of traditional yoga practice is no longer doable for me.
Glad to have found you. I have just retired and plan to make this the start of each day; I hope it helps with weight loss. Looking forward to the days ahead. Thank you.

I’ve been struggling with pretty severe vertigo for about a month now. I’m getting ready to start physical therapy to help correct it but this video was an excellent form of exercise that didn’t cause any major issues in regard to my vertigo. Thank you for these, will definitely be keeping up with it

Great question! Results could include increased strength, muscle tone, flexibility, mobility, reduced stress, self-confidence, better sleep, fat loss, muscle gain, improved posture, better breathing, positive mindset, and many more benefits. 🙏
It's recommended to start with once a day consistently for 6 months to see results. If you have an inactive lifestyle, you can increase to twice a day.
