      At the end tears came to my eyes. I felt relief. I'm sure I need a lot more to feel all better, I've been through a lot of stress, and I think this helped me. Looking forward to learning more from your other videos.

    I can't thank you enough. My knee pain diminished substantially after massaging. I was always afraid to touch them too much, thinking it would hurt. You have changed my life!

    I am trying this massage as the physio said I have arthritis in the knee and finding it difficult to walk hoping it will help

    Hi Ann, cannot do without the massage before I go to bed. Is it O.K to massage with each leg with the corresponding hand. My hands are too short to massage each leg with both hands without bending over.

    Wow this video is just so beautiful I love how you touch and massage your knees just to teach us how to massage our knees too!! Your knees look very soft what kind of cream should we use for our knees? Also, why would we massage the kneecaps? Wouldn't that hurt our knees since our kneecaps are hard bones?? Aren't we hurting ourselves when we massage our kneecaps??

    So, I don't suffer from knee pain, but there are some areas in which I hold tension.I've been in a car accident, and suffered a bruised shoulder and Whiplash, so I get terrible tension headaches.
