      Whoever did the translation at the bottom of this video got a lot of the translation wrong and it doesn't even come close to what your actually doing.

    Tập theo bài của thầy 15 phút thôi mà cảm thấy cơ thể nhẹ nhàng, cảm nhận được dòng khí nóng dọc theo cột sống. rất dễ chịu ạ. Biết ơn thầy 🙏🙏🙏

    Cám ơn thầy đã thực hiện những video cho người việt. Xin hỏi thầy: cách thở lúc tập là hít vào bằng mũi, lúc thở ra bằng mũi hay bằng miệng mới đúng cách. Xin cám ơn thầy

      Với bài tập khí công này, mình có thể thở vào bằng mũi , thở ra bằng miệng để tăng khả năng buông bỏ và thanh lọc từ cơ thể. Tuy nhiên đa số những bài khí công khác mình có thể thở bằng mũi hết, để cho cơ thể nhẹ nhàng và buông thư, như chúng ta thở bằng mũi hàng ngày vậy !

    Thầy ơi, 20 năm nay con cứ để chân xuống là máu không lên được, chân cứ để xuống là sưng lên. Con phải tập bài nào cho hiệu quả được ạ. Con xin được liên lạc để hỏi thầy thêm dc ko ạ?
