    This is my first time ever trying Qigong and I am in tears. I have been struggling greatly with stress and anxiety and I needed this so much. I no longer feel so alone and scared, and feel so much more at peace in my body. I cannot thank you enough.

    i have made many ,mistakes, i have done wrong things, i have had bad thoughts, i have said bad things , thru this i have learnt many things and i have grown , i was not born wise , i was born to live and learn , am now 63 and iv learnt its better to say nothing at all then to say bad things ,if people make you angry or hurt you , dont over think it dont let them take your energy , walk away . if you carry anger and hurt your life will not be a happy one , stand tall in your own truth ,consider what others say , but dont be swayed from what you believe in your heart .

    i most definitely have improved , and its only been a few weeks , am 63 and have had fibromyalgia for 30 yrs and although never given into the pressure off medication ,preferring natural balms , and pushing thru , i have been in a deep state of depression and frustration for about 10 yrs with the pain and stiffness getting worse with age , then i found Qigong and my life has changed , my only wish is i wish i had found it years ago , only consultation i hold ,is if i had i properly would not have been ready then , blessings

    i was always taught by my grandparents ,1, never trouble trouble till trouble troubles you , then deal with it and move on avoidance only means you carry it on your back making you feel heavy and weighed downed . 2, the only things you need are a roof over your head , food on your table , and the health of all those you love , if you have these you are rich , you cant eat an expensive painting , we have become so materialistic. forgetting whats important .

    i did this yesterday , I had taken some natural supplements all day as my anxiety was at its worse...had done breathing exercises several times and I just did not feel good. I felt relax afterwards I hope this helps my blood pressure spikes as well
