Andy’s humanity towards his employees is amazing. People like that are few and far between. Most just push and want more from you. There needs to be more people like him in the world and especially in the U.S.A
There are more around than you think Many started at the bottom And stayed at the bottom a long time until someone new comes in and notices Then the ladder 🪜 is put in place for the climb to the top to begin Some don't see it or pass it by but the odd one takes the step and climbs up Often those who never start at the bottom never appreciate the effort put in They never connect with the staff ....
I watch these Undercover Boss videos, this one hit me like a brick making it very difficult to keep it together. As a Retired USMC GySgt I would have to be honest that this one brought a tear to me, the owner went above and beyond the call of what we call duty. I wished others would take a more positive role in their employees life, OUTSTANDING job Mr. Clark.
His father may have been an A-grade a-hole, but Andy Clark took that abuse and turned himself into an A-grade awesome, good-hearted, genuine soul. The world needs more people like him.
So many people in that situation rise above those negatives to high levels of success. My boss being raised by a divorced mother making $12,000/yr....now he owns hundreds of properties and manages close to a thousand in multiple peoples portfolios.
Andy you're one of the greatest people and most deserving of success that I've ever seen, I hope the rest of your life is good for you from a fellow Carpenter
30 years I've been in construction,High rises in Downtown Miami to Custom Homes in Key Largo and I Never seen no company like this...Damm...God Bless this Man,the Men that work for him and his Company:)
You sure proved your dad wrong. It’s great that you were able to take all the negative damaging things he said to you and turn it around and become successful. Your family is beautiful and supportive. What more can you hope for in life. That is priceless!!
Over the last 10 years ive done lot of sub contracting for clark builders. Always good to work with 99.9% of the time. Always give us the credit for the work we do for them and they always help us every step of the way when we need something.
It sure is not. Especially when like that girl said that people feel like you can't do it so they do everything for you. When that happens it looks like you're not anything and the boss gets mad over it. Plus extremely byiast people
I don't work for Clark Builders but this episode gives me hope knowing that there great companies out there that actually care about their employees and families.....thumbs up
Wow one of the best bosses I have seen on this show! Just a truly genuine good hearted guy who hasn't lost himself with all the success. He truly deserves all the success he has and gets in the future
So many big bosses are all about the money but this guy is an absolute gentleman.. huge huge heart of gold and no fake shit from him..whoever works for this company are privileged.
I second that. I am not even in that trade but how could anyone not want to work for a company run by someone like that? Years back I worked for a large builder and the owner was one of the slimiest ppl I ever met. This guy is legit and that is why he is so successful and will continue to succeed.
Sometimes when people become successful, they forget who helped them make it. Mr. Clark had me crying cause he's truly a God fearing boss. The love of mankind is all we have. Without each other, we will parish. Thank u Mr. Clark for being who u r as a compassionate human being. My family is still in mourning from the loss of our sister from cancer.
You're a wonderful man, Mr. Clark!! You have a heart of gold! We need more people like you in this world! I wish the very best for Clark Builders, in everything you do! God Bless You.
My dad has been in construction for 30 years and I can only wish his company he's with now is just as good as Clark builders. Mr.Andy Clark is an amazing man!
Wow for all you went through with you dad, Your truely have come out a beautiful man also Your brother.I might have money but I had a life like you,I've taken in my children's friends an other people the biggest thing I saw an very proud of my children have carried on the same passion for helping other people even though they don't have a lot I cried when you cried a huge thankyou.
Wow. Just wow. You forget, because of the media attention given to the negative stories, that these men and women who sit at the top in the highest positions, heading companies that are so huge it seems like folks get lost in the day-to-day operations, are just family men and women, too. Andy Clark seems like a good man who not only wants to do what's good for his company, but also what is best for his employees. Great episode.
This brings be tears my father died of cancer he fought so long. We had him on radiation but he ddnt made it ..he pass away 😭😭 as long as l remember that was the saddest day of my life. Our father is the main man in our lifes his our rock .His everything to me, love him dearly . God bless every cancer paitent in this whole wide world.🙏❤️❤️
Boy, this was a tear jerker. Hard to hold back tears. Also, so good to see a female on the site. My hubby and I built our own house from the ground up (we did hire a great concrete guy for the foundation), we did it all including framing, drywall, roofing, all of it. Took us two years. Funny, people would drive by and see a girl up on the roof wearing a tool belt and they would compliment me, but I enjoyed the attention.. It's really tedious doing roofing especially in 108 desert heat, I would spray myself down to soaking with the garden hose to keep cool.
Love hearing about people that have worked for this company, also so glad to see a boss that looks at his employees and care about them , all the bosses I ever had in my working career just looked at us as a number and not a person

Amazing fantastic episode! It is so wonderful to see genuinely benevolent good human beings truly caring for one another. It's my dream to have a farming city where homeless people can come, and rehabilitate themselves in a self-sufficient environment; Andy Clark's 24-acre farm reminded me of my vision I hope to make reality.
