    I made this entire meal prep today and the first meal I put together was more delicious and filling than I expected it to be--honestly I didn't think a cabbage steak could be hearty but it somehow was. The standout was the pistachio pesto--one taste of that and it was difficult to stop myself from immediately boiling water for pasta.

      @@misscogito9865 Roughly 2.5 hours including cleanup (no dishwasher), and I have bad carpal tunnel so cutting hard veggies like cabbage is a slow process for me.

    Pro tip, you can airfry the chickpeas to save more time. I set the air fryer to 375 and roast them for 8 minutes, toss, then another 8!

    Nisha, you are honestly so underappreciated. It is one thing to create delicious recipes but you do SO MUCH MORE! These videos have planty of useful tips and modifications, are shot and edited beautifully and never lack a good dose of humor. Plus, the time and effort you put into making a blog post AND a pdf version of it with all the modifications is just incredible.     I did this meal prep plan today and WOW! The mustard maple marinade for the tofu might be my favorite way to prepare tofu now. I never would have thought of creating a sauce from cabbage but it works and is so flavorful. Sunday Blues can be a drag, but now I have all this great food in my fridge to look forward to this week.     I was scratching my head about what to do with cabbage in my fridge! This was perfect! I used peanuts instead of pistachios for the spiced nuts and it worked great! I didn’t have any cashews so I used the bean broth instead from the chickpeas in the cabbage sauce and another hit! The tofu looks so good…

    I made the entire meal yesterday. It took me 2.5 hours, but it was totally worth it! I was blown away by the punch of flavors with the sauces. I found myself snacking on the cabbage dip straight from the jar it is SO good!! Everything turned out amazing. Nisha, this was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for making my week!!

    I just tried this and oh my gosh was it good!!! I fed 4 adults tonight and everyone loved it. I need to use less apple cider for the tofu glaze, but it was delicious. The sauces were incredibly good and I will definitely make those again. The lemon went well with everything. I am absolutely full and it tasted delicious.

    Thank you for posting this very effective and easily do able meal planning video. I’ve given up on meal planning bc I get an bored eating the same foods over and over again. But you’ve wonderfully shown that variety is key and it’s easy to do with just a bit of organization and prep time. I’m going to make these meals this weekend for work next week.     AMAZING!!! Last week, I followed your step-by-step PDF guide and it turned out absolutely delicious! Your idea of using different combinations of components for each meal has completely blown my mind. I think I'm about to embark on a new era of eating in my life. I know these videos take an enormous amount of work so I feel greedy even saying this but, if you are unsure what video to do next, another video like this with different types of components would be so incredible.     I tried this entire meal prep today and it was fantastic! I have never really done meal prep before and find it intimidating. This plan was easy to follow and the foods are all very flavorful, like I’ve come to count on from Nisha’s recipes. I checked out the new-ish Aldi in my town, which I had never visited before. (Hope they'll sponsor more of your videos!) The prep took me closer to three hours (well worth it), but I think it would have gone faster had I started with a kitchen that was tidier and better organized before I began. I would love to try more meal prep plans like this one. Maybe one for all Indian recipes!
    Thanks for helping me feel more confident in the kitchen. I’m so excited to eat on this food for the next few days. NOM NOM.

    I love when I know that I am eating healthy and
    I love it when I know that I am multi-tasking
    So those are three checks for me!
    Also, loved the variety and the fact that you added a little bit of pre-cooked food(vegetable meat balls) which is how realistically people think about food!

I've watched all your meal prep videos and always make one/two of your sauces, potatoes & rice, an assortment of veggies and beans made as well as the lentil filling to your butternut squash recipe as part of my meal prep. it has helped me lose so much weight and stay on track!!     I tried out another of your meal prep videos.. first time building blocks prep like this. It was awesome and such a nice change from both 'meal planning' and regular 'meal prep'. I did it in an evening only taking a couple of hours and there were barely any dishes to clean with just using sheet pans and the instant pot... such a difference!! Definitely keep these meal prep videos coming!

    SO SCRUMPTIOUS 😍 I just make this full meal prep and everything is delicious. I loved the way you formatted the PDF recipe guide with the “Order of Operations” explaining what to prep and when. That saved me so much time! 👌🏻 I was able to make everything in about 2.5 hours which is amazing since there are 8 components here including toppings/sauces.     You’ve done it again! First of all I have used your old meal prep video as a base for all my meal preps. When I was following this method regularly. I lost weight, my groceries were always under $100 for me and my husband and they are amazing tasting.
    Not to mention I was scared to cook cabbage and this was amazing! I don’t know how your mind works so brilliantly.
    Your meal prep videos continue to be a favorite and hope you make more. Also your nacho cheese! The Buffalo quesadilla and the crunch wrap supremes were some other favorites over the past couple years

    Love it! I made this meal prep yesterday. It took me 1,5h for cooking and 30 mins for clean up! I still cant believe that was enough to set me up for full week of lunches and dinners.     Wow. This is the best looking meal prep video I have ever seen. I've also been thinking about a more building blocks style version of meal prep for versatility and haven't seen it done and had never thought of making it this efficient, without having to add anything extra on the day! Just all assembly pretty much (unless you're cooking the convenience items). I really want to try this. Thank you. So inspiring

    Love your videos! I am not a plant based eater, but I am trying to incorporate some more plant based meals into the rotation of meal planning. I just made the pistachio pesto as well as the cauliflower soup from a previous video. And let me just say they are both fantastic!     Just finished making all these and worked off the video and the PDF. Together it was very easy to follow along. Took me a little longer than 2 hours but totally worth it! I agree that it was way more filling than I thought it would be and it is so fun to have different things to mix and match!

    I love Aldi and I love these meal prep videos and your system of meal prep. I started walking and implementing your recipes and am feeling so much better! It is obvious these videos and the PDF take a lot of time and preparation, which I appreciate, as it made the meal prep fast and easy for a beginner cook like me. I am on a budget and because I did your last meal plan I already have most of these ingredients. This is such a sustainable and delicious way to eat! It's really helping me.     She was not kidding about the cabbage sauce being amazing.
    I made this entire meal prep last night. Both sauces and the glaze were SO GOOD. I did the cabbage over rice with sauerkraut and cabbage sauce combo and it was delicious and most importantly filling.
    After that meal and a goodnight sleep I woke up feeling rejuvenated.

    Immediately after watching this video I spent about 1 hours 20 mins making this because I had just bought cabbage on a whim and it felt like a hugely amazing significant coincidence as I buy cabbage maybe 3x a year. I had nearly every single ingredient on hand. This is AMAZING and very easy to do using simple pantry staples. Our favourite also has been the pesto (I used cashews instead of pistachio and added some hemp hearts). Couldn’t help myself but to include every single thing made in a giant fraken-dish. 10/10!

    This video was super informative and helpful! Definitely going to be trying out that cabbage sauce. I never would have thought to make a sauce out of cabbage!
