  • Just watch how your body calms down & lets go of physical and mental tension ♥︎ For mind, body & soul. We start with a Full Body Yoga Stretch & end with 3min of Deep Breathing / Werbung
    Even if you are not used to sitting still and „just“ breathe for 3min - try to let it happen!
    You will go through phases like „this is boring“, „should I just skip it“, „my back hurts“ or even „this is a waste of my time“ - but trust me, it isn’t. It takes a moment to get used to it. But deep breathing is such a helpful tool to let go of stress and give your body a sign that it’s time to think and exist in a relaxed way! Plus, it reminds us to breathe deeply and use the entire capacity of our lungs. More oxygen, better focus, better health!
    This video is perfect to do:
    ▸ IN THE MORNING. Take those minutes to connect with yourself before you jump into a stressful schedule. Even if your workout is later that day, you can do this video on its own.
    ▸ BEFORE BED. Say bye-bye to any tension from sitting or standing all day. Plus, the deep breathing will let go of stress-related mental tension as well.
    ▸ AFTER A WORKOUT. End your session in a calm way & help your body slow down from the big adrenaline and endorphin rush.

      Hi! I'm not chronically depressed, but currently coming out of my longest and worst depressive episode so far, and I just wanted you to know that I am so so proud of you for sticking with life even when it feels impossible. I hope you have lots of people in your life showing you their love and support. Yoga and stretching helps me so much to make the okay days even a little more okay. On bad days, this is not a priority, and surviving is enough. That's okay too. You are so brave, I believe in you. All the best ❤

      I've discovered Pamela two years ago and she helped me in so many ways. There are still bad days as depression is a everyday battle. But remember that you are not alone. We are all in this together and I'm proud of you for joining all of us!

    This is really powerfull, it's the 3rd time I cry while doing the last 3min of it. The combination of the stretch, with the background and the music makes it really relaxing and at the end, it's like everything pours out of me!     Ich finde die Musik der neuen Yoga Videos sehr viel besser, als die Musik der alten Videos. Mag solche Lieder um richtig zu entspannen. 🧘🏼‍♀️ Beim „Breathe Deeply + Relax“ gehe ich lieber in die Shavasana Pose und strecke „alle Viere“ von mir um nochmal so richtig zu relaxen. 💭

    omg I think this is one of your best yoga inspired workout videos so far. it’s so dreamy, calm and relaxing. the background is also a dream come true with the matching colors it’s so beautiful i can’t take my eyes of it how the sky and the clouds match the ocean and your outfit 🥹 it’s absolutely fantastic! the workout itself calms me down to a level where I don’t have to think about anything and releases all of my tensions! and at the end I was so filled with good and positive energy my whole body was shaking!!😅😂🥹 thank you so much Pam I really love working out with you and this new series of calm and relaxing workout videos didn’t only shape my body it also does wonders to my mind! you’re always truly my highlight of the day and I always look forward to workout with you! 🤍 thank you for everything 🙏🏽✨

    from 2020 I usually workout with your videos.
    One year ago I gaved birth my sweet daughter and I am no more so fit.
    In the last months I tried to spend some time just for me, doing some workout and I really feel better. Thank to you.
    Now I'm waiting again, I'm 5 weeks pregnant. So I would like to ask if you could advice me about some of your workout video that could be good in pregnacy too. I think this one could be a good start.
