    What can I say... we put the mattress on top of our car (lol) and carried half a bed to this cliff to make sure we have an extra dreamy location for our „Bedtime Routine“ :D BUT SO WORTH IT! Somebody should sell this experience to people - it was 100/10 beautiful to stretch on a bed looking at the sunset ♥︎
    ▸ quick & suitable for every day
    ▸ I love the music!
    ▸ morning: to wake up gently
    ▸ evening: to get calm, relaxed & sleepy
    ▸ body parts: back, spine, legs, hips, tummy, arms & neck
    This is also fully suitable for beginners or people who don’t work out at all!

    I just did this in the morning with sore muscles and I just realized how stretching must feel for not flexible people. It was so painful, but at the same time it felt good.

    Hi Pamela,
    I started following you in 2020 but the last months I work so much that I don't really have time to train anymore.
    My 2024 resolution is to take about 10 or 15 minutes per day after work to workout, even if it is just stretch because I am too tired. Today we are the 3rd of January and I went for work from 7:20am to 9:55pm and still done this video and it was my only time for myself and it felt so good !

    So beautiful workout like a dream, which well fits the tiring year end! When hearing you would do something new this year, I was puzzled. But now I appreciate a lot of new initiatives such as pilates inspired, gym style, with live musicians, dynamic stretching, Mardives series and etc. This workout was the last surprise to me, as I haven't imagined the setting of a bed on a cliff for a workout!
    I'm in my mid-50s and went through a few diseases before. My life got brightened and vitalized since starting to work out with you about 2 years ago. Now I tend to forget my age and enjoy coming up with a combination of workouts for the day. I wish your happiness and good health in 2023🥰 Thank you as always💕

    Pamela, a morning stretch was AMAZING this morning when I woke up in a hotel bed and had time to start my day uslowly. My body needed that stretch, it felt soooo good. Love you, your hard work, dedication and endless ideas, and dragging the mattress to the cliff, that's definitely Pam 💖💖💖

    I do it very often and absolutely love it! Very beautiful view and music. Short - so it's easier to convince myself to do it. And it became my regular strech since i injured my knee and can't train my legs for some time, and usually stretches concetrate a lot on legs but not this one❤
