Miss Lucy while doing workouts these days my knee is troubling me due to minor damage to it several days ago. Knee friendly total body shaping workout with 7 minutes utmost is what I needed. I did not do these exercises for so many months and started them now. I want to look good again as I feel like becoming fat again. I can't do workouts more than the said limit due to weight I put up recently.

I didn’t enjoy this because it was hard for me😅 I do appreciate the lower impact side which is the one I did. I’m sweaty from doing low impact. This one was a big challenge for me. Hoping to do higher impact one day.

I went to have my swim again this morning but the new person taking the count of numbers....it's a village pool, wouldn't let me shut the gate. There's a little dog that decided I was her friend years ago and she came with me again this morning. Last time she waited patiently outside the chainlink fencing and everyone enjoyed it. So missed my exercise. Got home itching to do something. This one has really helped. Thanks Lucy.

Sadly, I am not able to complete the workout. As I had awaken this morning I was feeling quite sick which is about right. Have been to Emergency and was diagnosed with a mouth infection. Thus, I am on medication for the these 7 days and today I am feeling quite nauseous. Could not complete the exercise. Think I will have to restart this exercise sequence after the medication has been taken. Not Feeling Well, A.F. Le 28.09.2024. France
