    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    let me just say....WOW !!! for the longest time ive been trying to find a workout that kicks butt, torches calories, and makes me burn. and this does just that.
    i torch just about 500 calories from this alone (sometimes more with advanced), and feel great afterwards.
    ive been doing this for a little over a week now and just within my first week lost 7lbs !
    must try xx

    Did it, like it, I'm well worked out! I'm not a beginner but starting from a month off from an ankle injury and that was a great workout with 5 lb weighs (and I have to limit jumping & lunges from a perma knee issue)

    This workout was amazing! I was sweating buckets, and I was only 15 minutes in!. I've never sweated this much before during my workouts. one of my favorite workouts

    I loved this workout. Just make sure you do a quad and calf stretch after, weird that she doesn't have those in there.

    Excellent and enjoyable workout at home..only negative is too much talking from 'Anne' (in the long t.shirt) after about 20minutes, had to say 'be quiet' to the screen a couple of times!

    Its so good l mean first when u try this you gonna die but if you keep working this workout you will feel more stronger and more energy so l recomended to try!!! And if u try can you tell me did you do it to the end?

      @@whatisthis1958 lol you're not dumb...I guess they just put there heart rate on here as a reference to how hard they were working? Heart rate has more of a correlation to your cardiovascular health than to how many calories you actually burned.

    IM SO IN LOVE WITH THESE 30 MINUTES WORKOUT OMG IT HELPS ME A LOTT. im an extremely introverted person and im obviously overweight, so going to the gym really intimidates me and i just cantt. i sign up once before but i ended up only going to zumba classes, because even though what i really wanna do is weight training, the section where all the weights are stored is filled with guys and i just cant go near there even. so i just quit and planning on doing it from home and your video is so far my favorite go to. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH AND THANK YOU.

    four months later and this is still one of my favorite workouts. I do this twice a week for strength, and then do a 45-min cardio video 3 times a week. I definitely have noticed my body is toning and I have definitely gotten stronger.

    PSA don't drink too much water/eat before this workout. Made that mistake and thought I was gonna be sick from all the jumping! That being said CRAZY leg workout I don't think any Pop Sugar vid has torn my legs apart like this!

    Loved this workout!
    But be really careful with the first excercise from circuit 2 (starting from 9:55). As I was doing this workout for the second time I injured my back during the excercise with dumbbells so badly! I had a really awful pain in my back and later in my chest that didn't do away for the whole week:(

    so you think bringing your elbows above your shoulders is correct for an upright row???? WOW worst form EVER ... Why are you engaging your anterior deltoid in an upright row when you should be stopping hands wrists, elbow in line with shoulders and squeezing your shoulder blades to stop the anterior deltoid not over work... Rows are for your back!!!!!! Please correct your form before hurting people watching.

    The worst exercise in pop sugar.. I thought it will be quality strength training instead of too many jumping especially with those weights! The title should have been cardio!

    I like PopSugar workouts. But what bothers me is that the person doing the low impact mods always seems like they are in slow motion. They are just as fit as Anna and the instructor and they think low impact means low intensity. People who modify still want intensity. Maybe they should have a Person who actually has to modify ( knee issues for ex) do the workout. Just a suggestion..

    Did not enjoy. lots of jumping and she didn't spend nearly enough time on reps. she chose unorthodox exercises and only 2 sets of each. some of the exercises were bizarre and had me jumping with dumbells overhead. haha. i see many love it, okay, enjoy it.. i got a sweat but its not my favorite.

    why do you say burn calories when doing weight should put you into a fat burn or metabolic burn ... Who gives a shit about calorie burn if you have extra fat .... burning calories does not make you lose weight... You should educate yourself before talking and not making any sense to a person that actually understands....

    There were 3 ad breaks (6 total ads) during the workout. Is there anyway they can remove or push to the start of the video instead??! I’ll watch 5 min of ads before a workout if it means it wont be interrupted

    I love workouts that have warm up and cool downs. I workout first thing in the morning and I always appreciate warming up my muscles before getting into it. This is one of my favorite workouts, it makes me sweat and it's enjoyable. Thanks Danielle!

    For those who can't jump, the modification works fine, but also, many of these moves work nicely on a trampoline.

    I am so happy I came across this workout. As some one who has given up so many times before even starting, this workout never made me feel like it was something I could not do. The constant positive comments, the calming chatter, and the no-judgement modifications(that the main instructor even did sometimes) made me feel welcomed and like part of a team! Thank you for this resource and for a new part of my weekly routine!

    Did this workout twice and I really love it!! I sweated a lot but I didn't feel absolutely wrecked at the end, which was great! I also did some quick feet in between the changes from one exercise to the next to add a little bit of extra cardio :) Way to go girls!!! Love Popsugar Fitness!! :)

      exactly. when they were taking their very extended breaks, i just hold a plank or do push-ups! or even just like jog on the spot
