    one of the best ,maybe the best, total body home workouts i've practised!everything was just falling into place,every single one exercise after an other.very sophisticated.great job.P.s keep it together

    Loving this!! Finally getting back fitness & flexibility I had years ago. The yogic stretches at the end are great too. I'm almost 56 now and feel better than I have for a long time so thankyou!!

    Thanks!! this is the best fully body work out on TH-cam in my opinion! It just ticks all the boxes for me.
    It would be great if you could do a second 40 min full body work out, since doing the same routine every time can get a bit boring.

    I just completed this workout, and it is intense but doable.It's very fun because the trainers alternate between standing and floor exercises throughout the entire workout.It was challenging enough to keep me going. I will definitely be doing this workout again next week! It's now one of my top favorite workout. I highly recommend it for anyone who is at an intermediate to advanced level of fitness and wants a complete total body workout. I'm not sure if it would be too difficult for beginners.

    I just did everything from the beginning to 25 minutes in (I am a beginner) and I feel fantastic. I really like that you can take and mold these exercises to fit your abilities. Thanks!

    I just made it to the 40min mark! My abilities aren't as great as I wish, I've got lower back issues so I have to modify certain things. My heart rate stayed up, I broke a good sweat and feel even better than the last time. Thanks!

    I have been rotating the four 40 min videos for about 2 months now and have seen amazing results (doing them about 3 times a week with some running in between). I cannot believe how this is transforming my body. I have been working over the past 3 years on losing a major amount of weight and I am in my last stretch. These videos are now taking my thinning body and giving it shape!! My butt is looking HOT (my fiance's words, not mine! :D) I have recommended these videos to many people!!

      Do you mind sharing which four? I’m returning to Popsugar after I had to break for medical reasons (prior to my medical issue, I was following another TH-cam fitness trainer), but I just felt like I wanted to start back with Anna.

    these 40 min videos ar great unlike the ten min ones that are really useless.this one makes u feel u did whatever needed to be done for the day u dont have to flip through several videos etc etc ...many thnx i wish we could have more of the 40 min or 30,as long as we feel its a complete workout,once done ur on the go...

    Again, amazing workout! Love doing this every second night, having some time for myself after my stressful job! And can really see some results after a few weeks of doing this - my body is starting to transform and I really feel great after doing this!

    Discovered Popsugar about 3 weeks ago. I've been doing 3 workouts a week and I love it. When I feel tired I do the 40 mins which is great cause I can keep up with it. And when I have that extra energy Anna talks about, I do the 30 mins which is tough but I persevere and feel wonderful after! Can't wait to see the results but I can already feel stronger! Anna, you are awesome!

    It would be nice if PopSugar had more 40 minute complete workouts, instead of 10 minute workouts.

      Just do a ten minute workout 4 times
      Or do 4 10min workouts after each other

    This was great! I sometimes string together your 10-minute workouts - bookended with a warm-up and a cooldown - to create a total body routine. But this is WAY better. Come 'em coming!

    Great workout. As a beginner, I was able to follow along with a few extra breaks, but could really tell my body was getting the benefits from the exercises.

    I like that this was continuous, no stopping, and a 4 min cool down, no longer is needed. :)

    I really love this one! It's not so much jumping around, which I hate! A lot more strength training, which I love! I've already done it twice this week.

    Very good, intense for a beginner, but not many complicated moves. Struggle with sciatica & this workout helped relieve it!

    I tried it, and there were lots of sweat! My legs and abs are burning. I'm a beginner and I think this is a very good workout, compared to some "beginner workouts" I've seen on youtube, wich weren't for beginners at all.

    awesome workouts but they need better music to make it feel more fun. For me, it's the music that makes it fun. I like it when the music makes me feel like dancing while i'm working out.

    I love this workout. It's perfect for me. I have bad knees, so running is out, as are jacks, I wish you all did a few more workouts for people who want to build stength, do some soft cardio, but not hurt their knees.

    I like popsugar workout videos.The metabolism boosting video is much better..This one I did not like much..It is for one of the day when you are tired and want to do something light..Please post more intense 40 minute cardio workouts..Thanks and best regards,

    This is totally for toning! You only get bigger bulky muscles when you add heavy weights to your lifting routine. This has cardio and core added to even tone up the midsection even more!
