I have been rotating the four 40 min videos for about 2 months now and have seen amazing results (doing them about 3 times a week with some running in between). I cannot believe how this is transforming my body. I have been working over the past 3 years on losing a major amount of weight and I am in my last stretch. These videos are now taking my thinning body and giving it shape!! My butt is looking HOT (my fiance's words, not mine! :D) I have recommended these videos to many people!!

Discovered Popsugar about 3 weeks ago. I've been doing 3 workouts a week and I love it. When I feel tired I do the 40 mins which is great cause I can keep up with it. And when I have that extra energy Anna talks about, I do the 30 mins which is tough but I persevere and feel wonderful after! Can't wait to see the results but I can already feel stronger! Anna, you are awesome!
I just completed this workout, and it is intense but doable.It's very fun because the trainers alternate between standing and floor exercises throughout the entire workout.It was challenging enough to keep me going. I will definitely be doing this workout again next week! It's now one of my top favorite workout. I highly recommend it for anyone who is at an intermediate to advanced level of fitness and wants a complete total body workout. I'm not sure if it would be too difficult for beginners.

This was great! I sometimes string together your 10-minute workouts - bookended with a warm-up and a cooldown - to create a total body routine. But this is WAY better. Come 'em coming!

I tried it, and there were lots of sweat! My legs and abs are burning. I'm a beginner and I think this is a very good workout, compared to some "beginner workouts" I've seen on youtube, wich weren't for beginners at all.

This is totally for toning! You only get bigger bulky muscles when you add heavy weights to your lifting routine. This has cardio and core added to even tone up the midsection even more!
I love this workout. It's perfect for me. I have bad knees, so running is out, as are jacks, I wish you all did a few more workouts for people who want to build stength, do some soft cardio, but not hurt their knees.
