      Plates and screws in neck and severe lumbar stenosis. Got some relief in both areas.

    This was very relaxing and therapeutic for lower and flexibility i appreciate you Kate it always a pleasure to work out with you u are very talented yoga instructor and style is unique and amazing i love how you explain everything and are very relaxing flow thanks see you next work out thumbs up always have a wonderful evening see you next time 😊

    Great timing, as I have had lower back pain for two days following a cross-country race and found this session very soothing.

      I'm so glad to hear it was soothing! Not glad about the back pain.
      I'm coming out with as yoga for runners class largely based on some of our talks. :)
      Also, how was your cross country race?! Did you do well by your standards? :)

      @@KateAmberYoga , having a Yoga for Runners class would be so wonderful! You really are such an amazing inspiration and I look forward to your sessions. As for my race, I was happy with it. As in most races, it's me vs me and though I sometimes end up on the podium, I'm happy just for the experience and camaraderie with other runners. Speaking of which, how often do you run?

    Just what I needed, I have been feeling a little back pain in the last few days and now I feel a lot better. A part of my body, that I have never felt before, today decided to inform me of its existence during one of the stretches, it was amazing 😄
    If I can ask, it would be interesting a class with focus on side body stretches.

      Truly my pleasure and i do have some twist classes but they're not particularly back sensitive.
