    Yay!! I finally finished a 30 day challenge in 30 days! In the past, it took me 35 or 40 days to complete all 30 yoga classes. AND my husband did it with me! It's lovely to spend time with you and Ollie! :) Thank you for making the world a better place!

    I loved this practice. I'm 72 and this was just the right amount of physical challenge while remaining mentally focused. Body strong, mind calm. Also appreciate the longer holds. My body doesn't like rushing through postures. 🙏

    I 'heard' for the first time the importance of keeping the breath flowing so that I understood when to back off a bit from some of the deeper poses. Backing off to where my breath could keep flowing naturally. Thank you Tim 🙏

    My friend and I have done your 30 day yoga challenge for 2024 and 2023. We love your videos, your vibe, your teaching style! Fantastic. I appreciate that you make yoga accessible to the average person. I do not "look" like a yogi, but I am seeing and feeling the changes in my body and mind that I want to maintain for life. I joined the CMC and enjoy those videos too. I am working on baking yoga into my life year round even when life gets stressful or off schedule. Please continue what you are doing!

    The whole class was awesome. I liked starting today on the floor and doing the movements that I can only describe as the right as you wake up stretches. I felt like I was double dipping but it felt sooooo good. 👍🏻

    Followed this one again, much easier. The tensioning / releasing relaxation is a really positive practice as is imagining floating afterwards. It can really help with insomnia too for any of the community who suffer. I learnt this, once floating visualise places you’ve been throughout your life, random, just let them come and go, floating through them. Zzzzzzz

I think this is my third year joining you for these challenges and it's the best start to the year. I really liked the mantra of doing what you should do.     Thank you very much. I enjoyed the course. I have been practicing yoga for many years- intermittently! This was an opportunity to learn to focus on practice every day. Some of the postures too challenging for me - side plank - but I opted out if it was too hard.
