    Deep breath in... deep breath out... 🙏 That's been my mantra for the past few weeks in quarantine. Taking things one day at a time. How are you guys holding up? I hope these short classes help to ground you. I know I've found comfort in sticking to a routine and yoga is definitely a part of that.       Yoga with Kassandra Thank you for these classes. I’ve been searching for online Yin classes since my hips have been bothering me. I went to class a few times, but honestly, it’s too far to drive and a bit expensive. These classes are perfect for a start. If I’m able to stick it out for the month, I plan on starting the paid plan. I’m excited when I wake up every morning to see what’s next. ❤️ #GoodMorning

      It is totally a part of that. This flow arrived the next morning after a night in which I felt really, deeply, crazily anxious and sad, and even if I handled it well and was already better by the next day - in which I was too occupied to try this flow ! -, I will try it tonight, because my bums and all my mind and soul also, need in some rest.

    I missed yesterday’s 10-min because I was bed ridden with anxiety. I didn’t want to do anything. I woke up today with a new breath and I’m so happy that today’s practice was dedicated to stress/anxiety, and I love the intention. Thank you Kassandra

      I had a similar day on Monday, but did two sessions on Tuesday, and am back on track. I just couldnt do ANYTHING!! I thought it would help to do exactly that, but it didnt. I felt worse for it. Lesson learned.

    Just discovered Kassandra’s channel when I had to quarantine a week ago. Started doing her beginner yoga classes as well as this morning yoga movement. It’s only 10 mins long but so beneficial to the start of my day! Good morning everyone!

    The reason I love this challenge so much is that if I have to decide what flow to do, I'll just skip yoga to avoid making that decision. With this, I don't have to make a decision and I get a curated, quick and easy flow. Thank you so much for this. #GoodMorning

    I’ve done these every day for what started as a week thing. I’ve done one of your videos every day for the last 3 months. I would love if you had more 30 day challenges with 15-20 minute videos. I love these they’ve changed everything for me.

      You will be OK, not all of us are at peace with life but the important thing to remember is we can all take steps towards gaining that peace in our hearts it's a process and does not happen straight away. Remember you are stronger than you think. Things will be OK believe in that. I hope you have a lovely day 🌿💕🌿

    Thank you again! I have done every day so far and each day speaks to me whole-heartedly. The 10 minute practice is great! It gives me an opportunity to care for me. I am a part time RN, full time momma to 4 kids, teacher, home care taker, etc. This 10 minutes belongs to me and I am learning to claim it! Thank you! #GoodMorning

    I have found the worse I feel in the morning the more yoga I do in the morning. It makes a huge difference!! So I always start with the 10 minutes and then I just keep adding more videos!! Then I keep going until I feel better. It’s amazing how it works.

    #goodmorning I've been doing yoga in studios for over 40 years yet its amazing how powerful just 10 min a day can be. I am sore in places I've never been sore before and my perpetually tight hamstrings are actually getting more open! I also love that online yoga is attracting people who for various reasons would probably never go to a studio :-) The 10 min time is I think key to getting more folks to try it. Yay yoga -- I love to see it grow and spread. Thank you Kassandra!

    I did this practice because I work in the climate change and environment sector and after reading a NASA and IPCC report I now have so much eco anxiety- I’m going to do this Kassandra practice every morning. For me the manta I am at peace with life helps me to accept what I can not change.

    #GoodMorning. This has been a great reintroduction to yoga. Finding time after having my son for my own self care became difficult. Yoga with a crying baby just wasn't very peaceful. He is now 7 months and enjoys these short yoga routines with me and I feel more centered.

    Been very stressed out this week because of finals and lots of awful shifts at work, plus just generalized anxiety over the world. Also on my period and tired/in lots of pain...it's hard to get everything done. So glad there are short sequences like this to help me reset!

    Your videos are varied and this 30 day yoga challenge means that each day's video is in my email and I can just hit 'play' and I don't have to select from my saved videos; a life saver first thing in the morning!
    After switching to doing your yoga videos in the morning instead of barre or pilates, I've noticed that I'm more calm and focused each day to the benefit of those I love. Thank you and God bless,

    Thank you so much for this practice. I feel very anxious before every flight (and I like and need to travel a lot), so I do it the morning before the flight. It helps me to calm down and think clearly during the day. 🤍

    Day 7...Im filled with some poo poo feelings, so waking up to see that the next video is for stress and anxiety felt very comforting...I hope my day can have that same peace today

    I really appreciate this one. Your explanations on why yoga is so good for stress and anxiety is a wonderful distraction/focus. A lot of yoga for stress and anxiety seems to focus on holding poses for a long time which I know is beneficial but when you’re having racing thoughts, I think this type of practice here is perfect! Thank you so much!
