Today we're using light weights to increase resistance and work on building basic strength while also keeping the pace high (without jumping) to keep the heart rate up! There are NO REPEATS so it's impossible to get bored with this workout!

      I enjoyed this one. This one was different 15 minutes without weights and 15 minutes with weights very effective.

    I appreciate no repeats; nothing makes me feel like giving up quicker than being wet , tired and sore and hearing “now let’s do that exact sequence again!”

    This is my favorite because of 1. Weights, 2. 30 mins, 3. No repeats! Couldn’t make a better workout vid. Please do more like this!

    It's a really nice dumbbell set, but it cost way to much. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I guess that's just how things are now days. 😕 other than being way over priced they are a wonderful weight set. My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.

    I’ve been doing madfit workouts for over a year. I’m now pregnant, and I don’t plan on stopping. I’m so thankful to find a workout that makes me feel so strong and healthy that I can do from home!

    I've been working out with you for years, but have never commented as it isn't my thing. I felt it was time to finally let you know how awesome your workouts are. I didn't want to work out today, but this turned out to be perfect. I always go for 30 minutes of something and this workout with no repeats so fantastic to keep me motivated the whole time. I feel so energized now. Thanks for making my today and so many more for years now. PS also love the Madfit Live workout programs. Strong at home is a killer to be done again when I work up the nerve! ❤

    it’s really encouraging to see the creator just as out of breath as me after a workout video 😂 granted, your form was perfect and you didnt take pauses during the moves but… still! so often I do a workout that has me DYING when the creators been chatting and breathing normally the whole time 😂 I was able to do everything but the last 3 minutes! I expected to do 15 max, since I’m chronically ill and haven’t worked out in nearly two years… thank you so much!

    When I started doing your videos a couple weeks ago side crunches were impossible for me. I just couldn’t get my hips up. I kept up with it and this was the first time I was able to do the whole set without falling! I have endometriosis and had surgery in the beginning of the summer and I’ve been using exercise to cope physically and emotionally. And I just want to feel like my body is capable and strong and I can do hard things too. I’m at a place I feel like I’m finally starting to get that for myself and it feels so good. So THANK YOU for making these videos. Also I couldn’t get my doggo of my mat either 😂 she’s my #1 cheer leader though

    Loved loved loved... as a person who gives up after doing other HIIT videos... this one is absolutely fab. Doesn't make my knees pain as there is no jumping and I feel the burn even next day after the workout. Thank you for this one!

    Thank you so much, girly you inspire me again after 3yrs of not working out. I used to be mad in love with being active when I was much younger. After turning 48, my energy level dropped because I started suffering from all symptoms of menopause and depression. I stopped going to the gym. I felt like I had been working out all my life alone. Unfortunately, all of my friends I had hated being active, but that didn't stop me. I used to go and work out like crazy alone. I used to participate in road cycling and running. Mini marathons. One day, I got so sick with pain in all my bones. The doctor said that I had arthritis, so I got so scared. One day, I decided to start working out again, and I was looking for something simple, not too crazy until I found you. I love your works outs because they are short and accurate. Thank you so much for doing this and helping everyone stay healthy to keep moving. I have a suggestion, though. Can you use some excellent music in the background that will help much better since I love music? Have a wonderful day, and keep up the great work ❤❤❤God bless you 😘

      Creators have to purchase the rights to use popular, well known music and this is very costly. The music she’s using is likely what’s available to use for free. You can always wear headphones with your own music & follow along!

    Can't afford the time or money for the gym or the 'at home fitness apps', but I do ones of these videos each day as well as 20mins on my bike. Slowly but surely feeling so much better and reaching my goals!

    I couldn't finish everything with the fact I haven't done any sport for a year fighting anxiety and depression on antidepression and gaining 20 kg because of it. But still I loved the work out, always feeling fit with you Maddie!

    Thank you, I really enjoyed the workouts. I like that there is actually instructions along with the music. So many others only have a music so it leaves you guessing about exactly what you’re supposed to be doing.

    I LOVE this workout! It's my go-to workout when I don't have time to plan. Never once bored! I can up the intensity with more weight or faster pace or drop to lighter weight when not really feeling it. Thank you Maddie for your excellent workouts and variety!

    Enjoyed this very much Maddy, suffering from insomnia, it's tough to feel like I can push myself when there's not much energy in the tank. This workout allowed me to feel like I was able to dial it back but push where I could to feel the strength build.

    Mad - that is a really great session, love that it was weights but fairly low impact and no jumping for my mid life knees!!

    To be honest, I don't really get bored when doing a MadFit workout, but you couldn't possibly be bored doing this one. The 30 minutes flew and it was just so much fun, I think I smiled the whole way through, especially smiled when Jazz went off in a huff! 😂

    Perfect timing! I was feeling in a workout rut, and this was just enough time to finish while my son napped!
    I definitely noticed I always got tired at the 30sec mark, definitely need to work on trying to feel strong the whole 40sec!

    You have had such an amazing impact on my life 53 years old first time using weights and feel such a difference. I do one of your workouts about four times a week but these no repeats with weights and 30 minutes are my absolute favorite! The no repeats just make the whole thing flyby Please make more of these please please please and thank you so incredibly much!!!

    I loved that this was manageable! I usually can only handle doing 20 minutes of just about any workout, and I actually was able to do this. All the moves were challenging, but not so hard that I gave up! Thanks for the great content!

    This is perfect for a beginner!! I’m sweating as hell right now, but I don’t fell like passing out or wanting to vomit like when I try other exercises 😅 I like that it’s slow, so I have enough time to fix my posture while doing it. Love it!!

    Please make more videos like this - 30 minute no repeat with mixture of cardio and strength - it’s really great!!

    I admit that I fell away from doing your workouts, because I prefer no repeat. I was so glad to see this come up, and I loved it! It was easy to make it high impact too! Please keep these coming :-) thank you!

    Saved this video, subscribed. Best full body HIIT video I watched so far. I like no repetition, no too hard moves, yet I was sweating. 💪👍

    This one flew by!! I’m normally a 20 min HIIT girlie but I was able to do this one comfortably and get a great workout. Thank you!!!
