I’ve been doing madfit workouts for over a year. I’m now pregnant, and I don’t plan on stopping. I’m so thankful to find a workout that makes me feel so strong and healthy that I can do from home!
I'm 29 and have struggled with knee pain since I was 15. I really liked this style and how calming the workout was to ease me awake on a Monday morning.
Thank you so much, girly you inspire me again after 3yrs of not working out. I used to be mad in love with being active when I was much younger. After turning 48, my energy level dropped because I started suffering from all symptoms of menopause and depression. I stopped going to the gym. I felt like I had been working out all my life alone. Unfortunately, all of my friends I had hated being active, but that didn't stop me. I used to go and work out like crazy alone. I used to participate in road cycling and running. Mini marathons. One day, I got so sick with pain in all my bones. The doctor said that I had arthritis, so I got so scared. One day, I decided to start working out again, and I was looking for something simple, not too crazy until I found you. I love your works outs because they are short and accurate. Thank you so much for doing this and helping everyone stay healthy to keep moving. I have a suggestion, though. Can you use some excellent music in the background that will help much better since I love music? Have a wonderful day, and keep up the great work ❤❤❤God bless you 😘
Creators have to purchase the rights to use popular, well known music and this is very costly. The music she’s using is likely what’s available to use for free. You can always wear headphones with your own music & follow along!
I've been working out with you for years, but have never commented as it isn't my thing. I felt it was time to finally let you know how awesome your workouts are. I didn't want to work out today, but this turned out to be perfect. I always go for 30 minutes of something and this workout with no repeats so fantastic to keep me motivated the whole time. I feel so energized now. Thanks for making my today and so many more for years now. PS also love the Madfit Live workout programs. Loved loved loved... as a person who gives up after doing other HIIT videos... this one is absolutely fab. Doesn't make my knees pain as there is no jumping and I feel the burn even next day after the workout. Thank you for this one!

When I started doing your videos a couple weeks ago side crunches were impossible for me. I just couldn’t get my hips up. I kept up with it and this was the first time I was able to do the whole set without falling! I have endometriosis and had surgery in the beginning of the summer and I’ve been using exercise to cope physically and emotionally. And I just want to feel like my body is capable and strong and I can do hard things too. I’m at a place I feel like I’m finally starting to get that for myself and it feels so good. So THANK YOU for making these videos. Also I couldn’t get my doggo of my mat either 😂 she’s my #1 cheer leader though

I LOVE this workout! It's my go-to workout when I don't have time to plan. Never once bored! I can up the intensity with more weight or faster pace or drop to lighter weight when not really feeling it. Thank you Maddie for your excellent workouts and variety!

I do one of your workouts about four times a week but these no repeats with weights and 30 minutes are my absolute favorite! it’s really encouraging to see the creator just as out of breath as me after a workout video 😂 granted, your form was perfect and you didnt take pauses during the moves but… still! so often I do a workout that has me DYING when the creators been chatting and breathing normally the whole time 😂 I was able to do everything but the last 3 minutes! I expected to do 15 max, since I’m chronically ill and haven’t worked out in nearly two years… thank you so much!
I couldn't finish everything with the fact I haven't done any sport for a year fighting anxiety and depression on antidepression and gaining 20 kg because of it. But still I loved the work out, always feeling fit with you Maddie!
Enjoyed this very much Maddy, suffering from insomnia, it's tough to feel like I can push myself when there's not much energy in the tank. This workout allowed me to feel like I was able to dial it back but push where I could to feel the strength build.

Perfect timing! I was feeling in a workout rut, and this was just enough time to finish while my son napped! I definitely noticed I always got tired at the 30sec mark, definitely need to work on trying to feel strong the whole 40sec!

This is perfect for a beginner!! I’m sweating as hell right now, but I don’t fell like passing out or wanting to vomit like when I try other exercises 😅 I like that it’s slow, so I have enough time to fix my posture while doing it. Love it!!
This was awesome! I'm trying to get breast reductio surgery and I have to lose weight to qualify. It's so frustrating because my breasts make it hard to do any jumping or high intensity workouts. With this I got a great workout and no back pain! Thanks girl

I loved that this was manageable! I usually can only handle doing 20 minutes of just about any workout, and I actually was able to do this. All the moves were challenging, but not so hard that I gave up! Thanks for the great content!

Favorite one in a while! Love the longer low impact (but with weights mixed in) workouts. Please do more like this!! Would love to see this "no repeat" type of low impact workout specifically for upper body and then another for lower body.

Greeeaat! Perfect all body. I used a resistant band around my thighs a couple inches above my knees for most of the work out. Add a little fire to the booty and legs. I will do this for a couple of times a week this month and possibly increase to 12lbs from the 10lbs today. THANK YOU!
loved the workout. loved the exercises. loved the no repeat. loved the 30 min full body. would only suggest that the cues are fully explained during the 20 sec of rest. there were a few exercises that were being explained at the beginning of the 40 sec interval. Thank you MADFIT

I love your tenacity! I enjoy the pace and no repeat layout. I would like to suggest, for people like me who cannot do very many repetitive exercises with the wrists bent, can you offer an alternative to planks and push ups? I often use weights to do arm presses instead of push ups because I can keep my wrists straight that way. The pain is in bending my wrists. Your work is appreciated. 😊

I've been nursing a small shoulder injury - I'm not sure what I did lol - but didn't want to miss a workout. This one was perfect!! I was able to modify a little, and I still felt like I really had a quality workout!! Keep them coming - you're amazing!! 😍😍

Favorite one in a while! Love the longer low impact (but with weights mixed in) workouts. Please do more like this!! Would love to see this "no repeat" type of low impact workout specifically for upper body and then another for lower body.

My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.

Love it. Really good mix of body weight, core and weights exercises for when you don't want to commit or are feeling a bit tired to do the same thing for the whole half hour. Easy to increase the challenge by increasing the weights. Excellent, thank you x

Greeeaat! Perfect all body. I used a resistant band around my thighs a couple inches above my knees for most of the work out. Add a little fire to the booty and legs. I will do this for a couple of times a week this month and possibly increase to 12lbs from the 10lbs today. THANK YOU!
loved the workout. loved the exercises. loved the no repeat. loved the 30 min full body. would only suggest that the cues are fully explained during the 20 sec of rest. there were a few exercises that were being explained at the beginning of the 40 sec interval. Thank you MADFIT

I love your tenacity! I enjoy the pace and no repeat layout. I would like to suggest, for people like me who cannot do very many repetitive exercises with the wrists bent, can you offer an alternative to planks and push ups? I often use weights to do arm presses instead of push ups because I can keep my wrists straight that way. The pain is in bending my wrists. Your work is appreciated. 😊
