I like combo workouts as well. This is challenging. I also loved how your dog was dozing on the floor next to you. I push my desk chair to the side to do my morning exercise (I live in a small apartment), and my cat lies on the chair while I'm working out. It's nice to look at her while I'm pushing through. She's not so happy when I need to reclaim my chair after I'm done!

loved this quick and focused workout. Can just get it done in between other tasks and add it to other workouts in a modular way. no repeats is even better!
