Sir, how much stride length is decent for sprint and long distance running. Eliud Kipchoge used to run 1.9 m of stride length and Usain bolt also used ~2.6m stride length, aisa lagta hai ki dono hi achi honi chahiye. Kya stride naturally badh jayegi as we train more and more with basics? for my height of 5' 11'' what should be my ideal stride length?
