I started regular running. Sometimes I run 5K sometimes 10K Sometimes 15K . Running ab daily habit ban chuki hai ise chor nahi sakta.🥰🥰🥰 For 5K I am comfortable with 3.47 to 3.50/ km pace and for 10K it is 4.10 to 4.20/ km.
