Hello, I'm a prediabetic and I currently walk 30-50 minutes daily. I'd like to add some light arm and back exercises to my routine to help tone those areas and manage my prediabetes. Could you please recommend a simple, effective exercise routine I could do 2-3 times per week that would be good for this purpose? I appreciate your guidance. thank you, advance
I love this woman so much. I had PCOS when i was only 10-11 years old... i literally reached 90 kg... I lowered it down to 80kg by keeping a strict diet, despite how hard it was to not get attracted to sweets...im 14 now, I've been doing this exercise for like 2-3 months now, my current weight is 69 kg... All thanks to this lovely woman.. My goal is to hit 50-55 kg for now.
