      Hello, I'm a prediabetic and I currently walk 30-50 minutes daily. I'd like to add some light arm and back exercises to my routine to help tone those areas and manage my prediabetes. Could you please recommend a simple, effective exercise routine I could do 2-3 times per week that would be good for this purpose? I appreciate your guidance. thank you, advance

    I love this woman so much. I had PCOS when i was only 10-11 years old... i literally reached 90 kg... I lowered it down to 80kg by keeping a strict diet, despite how hard it was to not get attracted to sweets...im 14 now, I've been doing this exercise for like 2-3 months now, my current weight is 69 kg... All thanks to this lovely woman.. My goal is to hit 50-55 kg for now.

    Thank You so much for your workouts. I am a toddler mom, insulin resistance, and always struggle with finding the right workout and time. This is perfect. I am amazed at how much I sweat with this 10 min workout usually it takes me a while to break a sweat. Thank You!

    Another great workout. I still do your 20 min workout 3 days a week. I will switch to this. If you dont mind me saying "You look amazing 😍 Caroline." Makes me want to workout more. Your quick 5 10 20 min workouts are great for when a person is too busy to get a full workout in.😃

      Any chance you know what foods are ok and oils ??
      Meat? More fiber? Low carb ?keto? Protein??
      Was your beta 2 cells high? A1c?

    Dear Caroline,
    Today I wanted to ask you you do workout for insuline resistance.
    Thanks so much ,I found out the answer.
    I m not sure if I have insulin resistance,I have something for sure ,blood sugar was normal but past away 14 years and I'm still the same (if I eat sugar I'm feeling very badly,I have to eat a lot ,if I'm not eating I'm feeling badly,dizzy.i was to doctors ,everything is OK,
    But I think is insulin resistance)

    I will do it regularly like I do other videos for lowing blood sugar.

    Insulin resistance runs on my moms side of the family which is why I exercise almost daily and try to eat as healthy as I can.
