    SUMMARY:
    - Scissors Exercise is not only effective but also pretty exciting. Due to its cardio effect and high speed, the scissors exercise is a perfect warm-up. It heats up your body and increases your heart rate.
    - Hands Up, Hands Down Exercise is a simple exercise that’s fun to do. But at the same time, it works your whole arm. It tones the muscles, which makes your arms look slimmer.
    - Wall Push-Ups give a nice shape to your arms and tones your back as well. On top of that, the wall works as a kind of resistance. This increases your arm and back strength more effectively.
    - If you want to make your arm workout even more exciting, include the arm circles exercise.
    - Plank has several benefits. First of all, it strengthens your arms and removes the useless layer of fat covering them. Secondly, a plank is also really effective for your legs and the whole core of your body.
    - Overhead Bends have a double benefit: not only does it strengthen your shoulders but it also tones your side muscles.
    - Chair Dips will effectively strengthen and tone not only your arms but also your back. It may seem difficult at first, but if you repeat it often enough, you'll soon feel that it's getting easier to perform this particular movement.
    - On top of that, try to add 90 to 180 minutes of intense aerobic exercise to your weekly activity. Surprisingly, getting more sleep will also speed up the slimming process. And don't forget about the importance of a healthy diet.

    day 1: finished the exercise, it was tough but i pushed through
    day 2: i wanted to give up, my arms hurt really badly but i pushed through once again and completed it
    Day 3: my arms were sore from the previous day, but i did it again and it was actually a little bit easier this time around, but still not easy also i started to see a line on my arms
    Day 4: it surprisingly got a lot easier to do, after the wall push ups it always gets tougher, i do see some slimming in my arms though
    Day 5: it was pretty easy today, i had no problem getting through it, i’m seeing some results, not a ton, but definetly noticeable :)
    Day 6: my arms were sore from the other days of it, but i did it anyways and it was easy till the end, but i did it. i wore a tank top for the first time in a long time!
    Day 7: i felt a tiny bit less motivated to do it today, just one of those days, but i did it pretty easily.
    At the end of this, i did see my arms get slimmer, and there are a few lines that are noticeable from certain angles now!! I am very happy i did this and it has motivated me to start a complete fitness journey

    I can't believe it but it actually worked! After a few days, I noticed a change. My arms looked a little bit skinnier. I think if I do this for a few more weeks, there will be an even bigger change.

    I’m gonna start this today cus I’ve always been self conscious of my arms and I modified this a little because i run track. So this is what I came up with:
    • scissors - 30 seconds 2 reps w/ 15 second rest
    • hands up/down - 30 seconds 2 reps w/ 10 second rest
    • wall pushups - 25 times 2 reps w/ 10 second rest
    • arm circles - 50 times 25 counter/clockwise 2 reps w/ 10 second rest
    • plank - 2 minute plank (1 minute straight 30 seconds left & right) 2 reps w/ 30 second rest
    • overhead bends - 20 times 2 reps w/ 10 second rest
    • chair dips - 20 times 2 reps w/ 10 second rest
    I’ll be doing them 2x a day, I just finished the first set and ngl my arms are pretty sore

      Day 1: today at practice we did tris and chest which included push-ups, bench press, dips & 5 minute core
      I’m about to go to bed and I just did my modified version and I’m a little sore. Don’t see an noticeable difference so far, it’s only been a day *fingers crossed*

      directioner zquad I could see slight toning but definitely not as much as in the thumbnail. I didnt expect to get results like that in a week but I could tell there was less “flab” ig you could say

      Try the Lucy Wyndham read Arm 7 day challenge and you’ll easily see a difference. But after me doing it for 2 weeks it stopped working for me

      I can only do the 4 exercises i cant do the rest because my parents will notice can i just repeat those for exercises (2 sets each) twice a day and what diet should i do especially when i cant control what my mom cooks im only 10 turning 11

    No one really shared the result inly some people did. So I have decided to start from today.
    Arm size: 12 inches
    Will update after an wèek.
    Please like so I won't forget.

    Actually todays is the 9th day. I forgotten to do it on the 6th day thats why. I did this exercise once in a day for 7 day and I really got some results. Even though it wasn't that shocking but still surprising. My arm size now is 11.5 inches. I will continue for a month or more untill I reach my goal. It was hard only till the 2nd day. Now it is very easy for me.
    My next update will come in May. But not before 25th May for sure. Hope y'all will wait.

      @@azmathunnisay7987 tbh no I didn't did it again and the only update I can give you is if you don't do it daily or skip for a long time all your prev results will be gone. Now my arms are back to 12 inch because I don't do it anymore.

    I have done this for 4 days already, and I can tell that some muscle has come in. A week ago I could barely hold this 5 pound cup for about two minutes straight up in the air. Now, I am sure that I could hold it for two minutes or more without dropping it. Also, my arms look like they have gotten more slimmer, and it is only my fourth day using it!!

    Tried doing these exercises today, my arms started to hurt a lot but I pushed myself to complete it.The plank exercise was the toughest for me, but will try my best to continue it atleast for a week and then see if there was a difference and I'll will be continuing it or not.

    I started yesterday, so it is my second day now. It was hard at first but bearable. I only did it once a day because I have online classes. My arms were a little sore before I went to sleep but it wasn’t that bad. Take note, I started intermittent fasting (16/8) four days ago. On my second day, my arms were still sore but I was able to complete it. My initial weight was 70 kg but today, it was 69kg. I guess, it is an acceptable progress for me since I still eat a lot during the eight hours. I will continue to update! ^_^

    I’m doing this for a week
    Day 1: arm width; 12inches
    Just started, I’m doing this 3 times a day
    Day 2: I just checked my arm inches, it’s 11 inches ALREADY!?! I’ve been doing this twice a day, I’ll start doing three tomorrow.
    Day 3: I don’t feel soar whatsoever, I keep on going!!
    Day 4: I keep on going, three times a day
    Day 5: Arm inches: still 11
    Day 6: Keep going
    Day 7: okay so in total I lost an inch, I did it once a day. I somewhat recommend this. I’m going to keep doing it and I’ll be back later on. Good luck

    My dudes, I've done this for 2 days so far along with another arm workout video, the second day, thing were much easier, however my shoulders were in a little pain! Gonna continue for 7 days

    ~-Day One: I had fun with this! Did some stretches in between each workout, struggled a lot with planks. I felt these workouts in my arms for sure.

      Ah, the wonder of youth. Keep doing those exercizes. Believe me it is WAY more difficult to start when you get old and have to face a slowing metabolism. Nobody regrets exercizing. Conversly nearly everyone who allows themself the excuses "I worked too hard" or "I'm too tired" to become self-fulling prophicies of a host of compleatly unneeded misery.

    I’m doing this for almost 2 weeks now and I have to say it does work it’s not like there’s a really really big difference but I for sure see that they’re not as flabby as they used to be. Can’t wait how they’ll look in 1/2 months.

      I definitely can say it Doesn't firm and tone in 7 days but definitely there is a HUGE difference.
      I'm still on it and I'm mixing with other workouts as well. Hopping to see quicker results.
      Maybe on day 14🤔🤔🤔
