It truly feels good knowing I can keep going at spots I use to freeze because I was so tried & couldn’t continue.

i've always had trouble doing workouts everyday, so i'll be commenting this to help keep me on track to record results, and hopefully i can stay on track to encourage other people as well! day 1 (jan.4) : just started today! my arms burned throughout the entire workout, definitely tired me out a bit. i'll try to come back tomorrow and record! day 2 (jan.5) : second day, my arms are pretty sore from yesterday, but i pulled through and managed to finish today's workout. i feel like today's workout was the same as yesterday's, and i don't really see any differences yet. i'll try to come back tomorrow and see my progress :) day 3 (jan.6) : once again, my arms were sore, but during the workout, i noticed that i didn't get exhausted within the first 2 exercises like the past few days, so i'm proud of that! still no physical results, but i definitely feel the burn! gonna try to come back tomorrow :) day 4 (jan.7) : today my arms weren't as sore as the past few days, so i think i'm improving more now! again, still not any clear or drastic physical changes, but i think it's slowly working! just have to pull through.. day 5 (jan.8) : i went back to school today, so i only worked out later in the evening today (sorry for the late update). i think i see a small difference? i don't know if it's my eyes playing tricks on me, but i think there's a subtle difference right now! i'm planning on looking at more of hailey's videos to target other parts of my body today, so i'll also be doing those before finishing for the day. i'm really proud of myself so far! day 6 (jan.9) : wow, i'm proud of myself for staying consistent for this long! i was able to do all the exercises up until arm twists without pausing for a few seconds to let my arms rest, which i am pretty happy about! still onto that subtle difference, but i still think my eyes are playing tricks on me lol. i ended up doing another arm workout yesterday, but due to homework and other stuff, i could only do this workout today. i'll be sure to come back tomorrow! day 7 (jan.10) : i almost forgot today's workout, but i eventually remembered pulled through! i see some changes(?), but for some reason, today was really tiring for some reason. maybe it's because of how late i did this or how tired i was today. anyways, i managed to make it through today! day 8 (jan.12) : i completely forgot to do my workout yesterday bcus of how tired i got :(. but today, i managed to make time and do the workout, felt a nice burn while doing it. i'll try not to forger abt this, and i'll see if i can do this again today to make up for yesterday. day 9 (jan.13) : today's workout felt more easier to do than the past ones! kind of felt like a weight was lifted off my arms. i kinda feel excited and proud by this progress! i really don't have anything else to say lol, but i'll try to come back tomorrow!! day 10 (jan.16) : hey guys, i'm so sorry, i wasn't able to do my workout for the past few days due to exam stress and just overall feeling very exhausted and not really feeling it in me to do my workout. i also realized that the main reason i wasn't seeing a difference is not because i was being inconsistent, but because my lifestyle wasn't really healthy and it didn't help me lose any fat at all. so i decided that along with working out, i will also try to get into more healthier habits and eat more foods that benefit my fat loss journey, and more so build a healthier connection with exercising and food first. just a small reminder that everyone's bodies are different, so some people might find it easier or harder to lose weight than others! don't be discouraged

Doing everyday! Like this to remind me! Don’t forget guys; everybody’s body is different. I do this exercise along with a waist exercise, volleyball, and speed walking everyday for 30 mins at a 10 incline. I also have been striving to eat better. I am trying to stay dedicated because this was a goal for 2024 of mine! Day 1 - ✅ Felt so good after this!! Felt burning in my arms. Day 2 - ✅ Woke up with some soreness in my arms; still did the workout! I def feel it today lol Day 3 - ✅ Was sore in my arms again today; starting to see some results! Not super visible, but I can see some of my arm fat is going away. Day 4 - ✅ The exercise felt slightly easier today! I see a difference in my arms and it’s only day 4!! I've done other arm workouts, committed and didn't get the results i'm getting from this video. I'm so grateful, my arms feel so weak as I type this, but I've had batwings and been uncomfortable in tank tops and halter but two more weeks of this and I'll be GOLDEN. I used to do this everyday in last school year during the last week of finals and I can say it actually worked and made my arms tighter and slimmer!! I lost 2cm with this workout!! It definitely works!! 💗💗
i have been doing this work out consistently (since may) and i lost at least 2-3 cm on my arms. it isn't my goal so i plan on continue doing this workout until it's 23 cm below (the last time i measured my arms was 26 cm and i have been doing this workout for at least 5 days) and it isn't easy to lose arm fat, i mix this workout w some 20 minute cardio and i cut on my eating too. pray for my weight loss guys
Hey besties! Can you believe it? I managed to reduce the size of my arms by 15cm just by doing this! I added my own twist by doing the exercises to the beat of my favorite song. For instance, I love "How You Like That" by Blackpink, so I arm swing 0:27 until the song ends. I do all my exercises like this. It might be a bit intense for some, but it's really effective. Now, all my dresses are too big for me!

Oh God!!!! The difference was evident from the fifth day!!! I am really shocked, when I saw that there was a very clear difference. I wore the tops that showed tightness and now they have expanded and are clearly visible!! So I did it twice a day, thank you I will depend on you for everything 🥺🥺

I know you feel like you're not showing results so there is no point but you're not going to show results at first it will take a while. Also something important is to change your mindset to workout to be healthy and strong so you can finally win those arm wrestles. Results will eventually follow and if they don't you'll still be stronger and healthier and that is a result.

i've always had trouble doing workouts everyday, so i'll be commenting this to help keep me on track to record results, and hopefully i can stay on track to encourage other people as well!
day 1 (jan.4) : just started today! my arms burned throughout the entire workout, definitely tired me out a bit. i'll try to come back tomorrow and record!
day 2 (jan.5) : second day, my arms are pretty sore from yesterday, but i pulled through and managed to finish today's workout. i feel like today's workout was the same as yesterday's, and i don't really see any differences yet. i'll try to come back tomorrow and see my progress :)
day 3 (jan.6) : once again, my arms were sore, but during the workout, i noticed that i didn't get exhausted within the first 2 exercises like the past few days, so i'm proud of that! still no physical results, but i definitely feel the burn! gonna try to come back tomorrow :)
day 4 (jan.7) : today my arms weren't as sore as the past few days, so i think i'm improving more now! again, still not any clear or drastic physical changes, but i think it's slowly working! just have to pull through..
day 5 (jan.8) : i went back to school today, so i only worked out later in the evening today (sorry for the late update). i think i see a small difference? i don't know if it's my eyes playing tricks on me, but i think there's a subtle difference right now! i'm planning on looking at more of hailey's videos to target other parts of my body today, so i'll also be doing those before finishing for the day. i'm really proud of myself so far!
day 6 (jan.9) : wow, i'm proud of myself for staying consistent for this long! i was able to do all the exercises up until arm twists without pausing for a few seconds to let my arms rest, which i am pretty happy about! still onto that subtle difference, but i still think my eyes are playing tricks on me lol. i ended up doing another arm workout yesterday, but due to homework and other stuff, i could only do this workout today. i'll be sure to come back tomorrow!
day 7 (jan.10) : i almost forgot today's workout, but i eventually remembered pulled through! i see some changes(?), but for some reason, today was really tiring for some reason. maybe it's because of how late i did this or how tired i was today. anyways, i managed to make it through today!
day 8 (jan.12) : i completely forgot to do my workout yesterday bcus of how tired i got :(. but today, i managed to make time and do the workout, felt a nice burn while doing it. i'll try not to forger abt this, and i'll see if i can do this again today to make up for yesterday.
day 9 (jan.13) : today's workout felt more easier to do than the past ones! kind of felt like a weight was lifted off my arms. i kinda feel excited and proud by this progress! i really don't have anything else to say lol, but i'll try to come back tomorrow!!
day 10 (jan.16) : hey guys, i'm so sorry, i wasn't able to do my workout for the past few days due to exam stress and just overall feeling very exhausted and not really feeling it in me to do my workout. i also realized that the main reason i wasn't seeing a difference is not because i was being inconsistent, but because my lifestyle wasn't really healthy and it didn't help me lose any fat at all. so i decided that along with working out, i will also try to get into more healthier habits and eat more foods that benefit my fat loss journey, and more so build a healthier connection with exercising and food first.
just a small reminder that everyone's bodies are different, so some people might find it easier or harder to lose weight than others! don't be discouraged

Don’t forget guys; everybody’s body is different. I do this exercise along with a waist exercise, volleyball, and speed walking everyday for 30 mins at a 10 incline. I also have been striving to eat better. I am trying to stay dedicated because this was a goal for 2024 of mine!

i have been doing this work out consistently (since may) and i lost at least 2-3 cm on my arms. it isn't my goal so i plan on continue doing this workout until it's 23 cm below (the last time i measured my arms was 26 cm and i have been doing this workout for at least 5 days) and it isn't easy to lose arm fat, i mix this workout w some 20 minute cardio and i cut on my eating too. pray for my weight loss guys

Hey besties! Can you believe it? I managed to reduce the size of my arms by 15cm just by doing this! I added my own twist by doing the exercises to the beat of my favorite song. For instance, I love "How You Like That" by Blackpink, so I arm swing 0:27 until the song ends. I do all my exercises like this. It might be a bit intense for some, but it's really effective. Now, all my dresses are too big for me!

I started this workout about a week ago (kept it consistent) and have been seeing some results! I haven’t measured my initial arm size but it does look thinner and more than anything I’ve built muscle ((: thank you for this video~

This was unique, new sensations and moves. I have been working my arms for more than half a year and no results only swelled bigger. I am so thankful for you and I am holding onto hope, so day one i believe in you. i will work hard and try everyday. in 30 days i will share my results with inches off and staying off.
ballet is the only easy one in this workout. this is my third day doing it hopefully i will get my results. Thanks Hailey for dropping this workout

- Day One: arms definitely burned from it (Jan 1, ‘24) . seems like a good workout for strengthening too :)
- Day Two: arms hurt less, felt slightly stronger already ( Jan 2, ‘24). Haven’t noticed much of a physical difference in appearance yet but it is day two - so pretty cool I already feel stronger :)
- Day Three: Arms look and feel stronger already! Look and feel more slim too. (3/1/24)

- Day Four (5/1/24). I missed yesterday’s :( but will do it twice today to try and make up for it. My arm genuinely looks more slim and I can see more muscle on the outside of my arms. Maybe because I missed yesterday the workout was slightly tough. Overall going well!

- Day Five (7/1/24). Today’s workout was difficult but I think that means my arms are growing stronger and building muscle. I notice a slight difference in the appearance of my arms but they feel stronger. I need to get better at doing this everyday and not every two days ah.

- Day Six (16/1/24). Left over a week’s gap between the last, I have been working full time. Need to get back into the habit. Wanted to be transparent with you guys. Arms definitely feel slimmer but they definitely still burn after and during this workout.
- Day Seven (28/1/24)- I am so inconsistent with this it’s so bad. I think my arms are stronger but I need to do it everyday or once or twice a day to actually have results from consistency.

Oh God!!!! The difference was evident from the fifth day!!! I am really shocked, when I saw that there was a very clear difference. I wore the tops that showed tightness and now they have expanded and are clearly visible!! So I did it twice a day, thank you I will depend on you for everything 🥺🥺

Day 1: It was really good burn, I was debating on doing it two times but will just come back tomorrow and try to be consistent everyday.
Day 2: I did it this morning and it was a good workout before I went on a little jog. It was tough today I was more sore. But the burn felt great again. I know I gotta wait for results. I will keep updating!! For all those who are doing it, we got it don’t give up.
Day 3: Just finished the workout. It was hard. I feel the burn most with arm circles. Can’t really tell if I can see results yet. The workout felt great though!!
Day 4: coming tmr… I forgot to do it this day, my arms are becoming more defined though.

Update~~ it’s hard to find my comment lol but I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks now and I definitely see my arm fat going away and toning up more.

doing today---- START - [38CM-14INCHES] GOAL- [30CM-12INCHES] will measure every week
D1 - DONE ( burning and killing me ) Took lots of breaks in between .... not in a hurry but want my dream body.....will try to survive this challenge... things i do to suffer... whatever try to comeback later... byee
D2 - DONE (killed and easily this time) took less breaks than yesterday... figured out the movements more accurately and did them with proper posture.... definitely muscle feels tighter...back and neck muscle also feels tigher... and most importantly it hurts even after completing the exersise but yesterday only felt pain during not after....but it became less in few minutes so its fine.... will keep you guys updated...byee

I know you feel like you're not showing results so there is no point but you're not going to show results at first it will take a while. Also something important is to change your mindset to workout to be healthy and strong so you can finally win those arm wrestles. Results will eventually follow and if they don't you'll still be stronger and healthier and that is a result.

12/12/23 -- Day 1 ✅-- You'll feel a slight burn but it was not that difficult so I'll also be doing an additional 15 min arm fat workout along with this one
12/13/23 -- Day 2 ✅-- My arms feel a bit sore but I just finished this one, I'll be doing her 15 min bingo/bat wings arm flab workout next. Edit: I just finished her 15 min arm workout and I can definitely feel the burn now
12/14/23 -- Day 3 ✅-- I just took some pictures to keep track of the progress because I forgot to take some on Tuesday😓. I'll continue to do both of her workouts for about 3-4 weeks and I'll be taking a picture of my arms every week to see if there are any changes. I'll update you all every week after comparing the pictures.
12/15/23 -- Day 4 ❌ -- My arms are so sore. Im so sorry for not having done day 4. I came home and fell asleep, however I will triple the workouts for tomorrow and ill also be doing her thigh workouts x2 to compensate for today. Also, my arms look a bit more toned but i'm looking for fat loss so i'll continue these workouts for a few more weeks.
12/16/23 -- Day 5 ✅ -- I know its late but i just finished all the workouts
12/17/23 -- Day 6 ❌ -- I crammed all day. Finals are tough but I should have more time this week, ill also triple the exercises once I get on break.
12/18/23 -- Day 7 ✅ -- I had some time to spare so i did both workouts.^^
12/19/23 -- Day 8 ✅ -- Completed. This is the first time i commit to a workout for this long haha
