  • This exercise helps improve the rotator cuff muscles on the back of the shoulder. Start with a light weight and make sure that your shoulder blade stays still as you move your upper arm bone in a rotation motion as pictured. This is a great exercise to treat a variety of issues including tennis elbow, shoulder impingement, rotator cuff tears, labral tears, neck pain, mid back pain, and much more.
