I know i've had those moments, but... I can't seem to think of one right now really... :( oh well. I love all the meditations from this channel. they mostly work so well for me. thank you. ♡
I don't know if you're still using this meditation but, I initially felt stuck and compelled to use a "positive experience" where I had "accomplished" something awesome. I realized that just using an experience where I felt relaxed and confident in my existence (i.e. watching a squirrel play in a tree, sitting quietly in the park, etc.) worked just as well.
I had a hard time with that too! I think I’m mostly in problem solving mode and don’t take time to celebrate what I actually did do well or moments that did go well.
Would love to see something for people with cancer diagnosis and how to stay positive and with healing energy. That is my suggestion for added topics. Thankyou for your great impact on people’s lives.

I had tried doing meditation many times but for the first time have felt so good , after doing your guided meditations . I tried many of them during this COVID period . I almost cried doing this, I felt so much tension and heaviness. (I have incense burning and have my crystals out as well) after I was the video was done I felt so light

This was a great meditation. I just discovered it today. I work at the suicide hotline--yes, the number you see everywhere! I work overnights and just had an extremely stressful workweek. This meditation was so helpful, really made me calm down and be present and also really reflect on how meaningful my work is, even though it is also very stressful sometimes. It made me feel grateful to be able to make a difference to people in their darkest hour. And your meditation helped me when I felt depleted from providing such work so that I can continue to do so. You are the helper of the helpers! Thank you
Thank you, I’m a really big fan of your meditations - needed some calm this morning as I had a pounding headache and need to release some tension and stress from my body. Very stressful in lockdown here with my 3 kids.
