    After taking Klonopin for 19 years for the horrific anxiety I experienced I went through 90 days of a medical detox. After that I listened to this every morning for 30 days and switch up the night time ones and it has 100% kept me off anxiety meds. Thank you!!

      @@soar3135 oh my gosh yes. It is a daily battle but I do have some VERY helpful information for you if you like. It will get maybe not great BUT manageable.

      @@5999AMY yes please that would mean so much to me if it's not a burden to you! I've developed anxiety during quarantine and this is very new to me, I've always been so extroverted and lively before so I have no idea what to do. My family and friends are very supportive and I've started going to the gym in hopes of reducing my anxiety. Any tips would be of great help! Sorry for my bad english

    I am in control of my thoughts and what I allow panic attacks depression and bipolar I am done today I serve you you're EVICTION papers you will no longer allowed to take up any space in my mind my thoughts or anything I claim and receive it all in Jesus mighty name we are all blessed and covered in the mighty blood of the Lamb amen.

    The minute I made a conscious effort to not allowed anxiety to define me I’ve been feeling better. I will deal with it if it shows up and I will be kind to myself during those moments but I will not give it energy. Meditation and deep breathing have been essential.

    Since being diagnosed with depression, anxiety and, PTSD after losing my little brother who, was also my best friend. I have now held myself accountable to stick to my routine of your ‘Deep Sleep’ meditations at night and one prior to getting out of bed in the morning. I can honestly say, your guided meditations have been of tremendous help🥰. I want to than you and, The Mindful Movement, for providing these life changing meditations. Please continue doing what you do best...helping people move forward in a positive light, practicing self love and self forgiveness✨❣️

    Thank you so very much for this. I have had anxiety and panic attacks for years but recently my youngest child has as well. The guided meditation has helped him relax. He especially enjoyed this one that we tried today.

    I’m an Enneagram type 7 whose always flittering about in my head, furthermore, I had been getting a migraine before doing this meditation this am. Although I’d taken 3 excedrin migraine tablets, this meditation totally took away my pain. I noticed it was gone right after the humming portion. Relaxing my jaw and face helps too. Thank you so very much for this! A true blessing

    I was feeling very anxious today, and experienced an ocular migraine. I came upon this guided meditation and am so thankful. I was feeling out of my body, stressed, overly worried, the way anxiety can overtake a mind. But I have to tell you, the mindful deep breathing helped quickly. A funny thing too, I was doing this on my bed with my sweet cat next to me and when I got to the part where we were instructed to hum my cat started meowing and chattering at me. It made me laugh, I instantly felt a new joy, and I've felt better since. Thank you. This was a gift ❤️🙏✨💫

    Thank you I am so very grateful to you both for providing such a wonderful experience of relaxation and ti remain calm.
    I lost two brothers within two weeks, also I realised I my husband and children have gone past me and I dont play a role in their lives anymore and I realised that he is not my best friend anymore. With this realisation it was easy to understand certain things that I couldn't understand before . But now I am facing the future calmly and knowing that there will be life that will bring joy and happiness to me without depending on anyone.
    And my diabetic sugar levels came down from 303 to 230 inpite of such difficult times .
    I am following yoga exercises for diabetes as well.
    I thank the lord for the service you are providing and may you both be blessed in all that you do.

    Dear Sara, please could you possibly do a panic attack meditation ? I've had a moderate panic attack tonight just before bed, realised I've not got anything for that, did a quick search on the tube to no avail due to voice mismatch (it HAS to be a certain voice for me) and ended up here but this is more anxiety where I'm trying to avert a full blown panic attack, hyperventilating, rapid pulse, racing thoughts ... All gradually building up days to weeks due to the massive lifestyle changes I've got coming up in weeks. Diazepam coming right up with one of your sleep videos. Blessed Be to you both 🙏💞

    I would just like to say this is my first time where my back didn't hurt during sitting meditation!! (I've only been doing it for 3 weeks & it only didnt hurt for like 5 min, but it feels like a big accomplishment!!) Thank you so much, I was finally able to experience a total meditative state!!!!

    I have been meditating on and off for a couple of years now, and I think my longest streak was probably 2 months. This one is definitely one of my favorites; I've done this one 3 times in 5 days. Today, I got extremely angry, but my body felt different, like lighter, after I "felt" the anger. I hope this means it's working.
