      I believe this was yo😢best meditation for my trauma, and extreme stress. The way you validate the fact that I had mad wrong decisions, and can't accept the way things are, and the Burdens i have. Mentioning the issues we might be struggling with... REALLY helps ... thank you so much.

    You ended one of these saying "Sweet dreams, my friend," and that struck me deeply. I am 70 and live alone and it's been years since I slept with anyone or had the comfort of someone wishing me sweet dreams. Thank you Sara

    Ive lost both my mum and dad in under 3 months. My partner has been been diagnosed with cancer, and im currently awaiting possible surgery for a back injury....this year has been incredibly difficult and heartbreaking. Listening to these actually helps with getting some sleep and getting mind into a place of peace and relaxation. I'm happy I came across this channel....thank you 🙏

    I have just been diagnosed with a terminal illness. This meditation is so comforting and keeping me from getting morose. Helps immensely. Thank you . Just what I needed. Offers hope and acceptance with equanimity. I listen to it constantly.

    Sara Raymond, my world had crashed the last few weeks and at nights when I thought I'd go crazy, I listened to your videos. They got me through a rough time and I'm forever grateful.     July 6th marks my first cancerversary. I found Sara Raymond videos a few days later . These videos have helped escape the darkness and despair I was feeling. I listen to Sara everyday. I start each morning with Gratitude Affirmations. In the evening I listen to meditation practices that help me sleep. I am forever grateful for all the work that Sara and Les do to help us all.
    May you continue to guide us with your calming voice , and beautiful spirit. You make the world a better place !

    As a 50 plus person, Guided meditation has been an incredible revelation to me. Why don't medical practitioners embrace this holistic approach and encourage patients with sleep anxiety to try it. Would save billions of pounds on the cost of pills and change people's mindsets for the better. Thank you so much for your generosity.

      Some Hospitals are now using essential oil therapy as well as other healing modalities such as healing touch. You may need to ask for it to find out where it's offered.

      Kathy Harris i lost my daughter to an accidental overdose so i do know how you feel it's been 12yrs but seems like yesterday meditation saved my life!     Somehow, I was guided to this calming beautiful meditation this morning. My Aunt passed away the previous day and I was feeling tremendous guilt for not getting to visit her. I know she's in a better place now and this meditation helped me cope with all my feelings of grief, sadness, guilt. So beautiful, thank you 😓💕

    I've been listening to Sara's voice guide me many a morning to start my day and many an evening to prepare for sleep. I have tried listening to others but they mostly sound like fingernails on chalkboard to me. Also, it's not just her voice, it is the content within the meditations that make them so powerful. The Mindful Movement is the only TH-cam channel I recommend to students and friends for meditations. Thanks for all you do. Namaste 🙏

    Absolutely wonderful! Feeling tired and low on energy today, I made time to rest with this. I drifted in and out of sleep, for an hour, with pulses of light before my closed eyes.     To those that share the Suffering from a personal Trauma. Grief, job loss, deaths of loved ones, loss of eyesight, physical pain, divorce,.. that caused insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, ... we are in such unimaginable distress and pain. Listening to this meditation, hoping for a miracle of peace, comfort in our lonely suffering. 😢 we have each other. 🫶

I can't say enough good for you and Lee making these amazing, timely needed while the world is in turmoil, meditation videos. Kudos to you for being what I believe to be the best voice to calmly aid me in my just beginning journey with meditation. I have long known that meditation was helpful, but it has been difficult for me to find a good teacher, and especially one that I can learn from at home.       ​@mamisomorales4474 same here..! I don't know where to begin...😢 The losses has caused Trauma in my soul. It's caused unbearable stress, anxiety, insomnia and severe depression. I can barely get off the bed. Drowning in negative quicksand. My life was destroyed.

      Just listening repeatedly to the affirmations only, does the trick for me.
      I feel blissfully, weirdly, happy, like when one feels the high of a new relationship and that Oneness thing. Only that "oneness" is with my Self!
      I'm going to write this down so i can memorize it.
      I'm listening to most all of your meditations too. From downundah btw.

    This does help .I am dealing with an aortic dissection,I feel like I have a ticking time bomb inside me 😢.I am so greatful to the mindful movement group especially Sarah Raymond to help me relax enough that i can sleep and just get through my day

    I wanna thank you for doing these videos, during this hard times my sleep schedule became a mess and I was overthinking more than usual, when I found your videos I used them and they turned out to be really effective (my sleep schedule is still a mess but I go to sleep faster than before and I don't overthink that much).     Loved this meditation and just as I was really feeling relaxed and absorbing being here now, the loud music jolted me wide awake, out of my mellow feeling. such a shame, can't listen to it any longer. Thanks anyway it's a really excellent one.
