    I have been listening to this video allot, I had arthritis pain since I was diagnosed with degenerative arthritis of the spine at 29 years old. They said they have not seen it at such a young age. That I would not walk by 40. I am 61 now and I have a believe that it you do not own it, then it is not yours. Yet if you allow yourself to be overcome with pain or emotion then you will own it. When things started to get" poor me", with everything going on, I felt pain in my feet, my ankles, my knees and hip. The Doctor called it body spread arthritis. I could hardly walk. This video reminded me that I can heal myself and after a short period of time, I was reminded that I was in control of my body and now I have no pain and I walk 5 miles a day. Thank-You! I hope everyone can take faith in this knowledge and move out pain that does not belong to them.

      @@estelle1894 Your believe system is very important. I know pain and I could feel it yet I did not believe it and it was not mine. I think same thing with anxiety, you can feel it sometimes, and when you do be very careful of what you are thinking. If you do not allow negative emotions from your thoughts then you will not own it. Love & Light!

    This is Divine God-sent. I am thankful I allowed a few minutes to listen as I lie down to sleep. A nagging pain on left side of skull down to neck, shoulder went away IMMEDIATELY. The pain started on Sunday and today is Wednesday. And it’s my first time here and 30:15 I am just a few minutes into this guided calm voice. Thank you for your love and care. 🙏🙏🙏You are a Gift to heal me so perfectly.

    it saved me from insomnia.If you have insomnia issue, relax dont think, listen to tge audio and it all comes naturally.After listened for a month I regain my natural sleep.Thanks for this gift

      The title: Your soul's plan.
      Also 2 little books with DIY experiments (9 each) that make the concept of both energy and manifestation much more tangible.

    I just listened this afternoon. I've had the busiest 5 weeks moving packing and then doing it again to help my partner. I was aching all over, haven't slept properly in weekd and my left knee has arthritis and it eas sore.Anyway I only got 4 minutes in and then out for 20! Thank you. Will try to listen more next time. My knee is not hurting now 😊🎉

      As a sufferer of chronic illness I miss this so much...that coming home from a long days work, feeling accomplished and excited to relax. I got very sick in August it's been 9 months I haven't been able to work and have been suffering severely with the physical symptoms and mental and emotional toll it's taken from what it's done to me and my life. I only hope and pray I'll one day again experience that feeling you speak of, coming home from a long hard days work, and my smile and soul will shine brighter than the sun. Using this healing meditation for the insomnia associated with my sickness and to try to get my body to heal/reset itself somehow. One day at a time.

    I love these videos. I've been having a rough time with my self love and healing journey and I started listening to these sleep meditation videos about 3 weeks ago and from the very first time the morning after I felt amazing and I'm so grateful.       For the past 10 years a good night sleep was tough some of it my fault for staying up to late & I put myself in bed by 10 or 10:15 the latest and see what happens. Her videos & meditation videos in general have helped so much.

    I listened to this last night and woke up feeling calm relaxed and at peace and stayed that way for the whole day. I can’t believe I slept so soundly and deeply! A neighbour asked if I heard “the terrible thunder storm last nigh”my response was what thunder storm? I didn’t hear a thing which is very unusual for me…I can only put it down to the meditation!     Oh PS- I love that you don’t force us to breathe in uncomfortable ways and just let us relax. The deep breathing makes me tense and uncomfortable so this is awesome. ❤️ No pressure or stress to do things “right”. Just relaxing.

    I have been using this every night for the past few weeks, and I have to say it's incredible! I've been following you for a couple years and really started meditating with you last year regularly and it's been amazing! Truly! And this new 2 hour sleep meditation has been just the best for me. I've had trouble with sleeping since I was 12 years old started meditating at 19 to help me and been meditating now for over 30 years. Not until this guided meditation have I felt so well rested, and calm. I love you guys thank you for creating so many wonderful life enhancing and changing meditations.

    We get so worked up over the how... when the universe is taking care of this. It’s already there... all we have to do is change our own vibrations to let it come to is... it makes perfect sense.     This is the best meditation for me. As I have cPTSD, I have lots of triggers, which ruin most sessions.
    This voice and this text is the only one I can follow through and in addition it helps me get to sleep and get rid of the chronic pain I have.

    I went to bed feeling sick. I had a sore throat, gums and a large sore in my mouth. I was thinking strep. I put this on, fell asleep immediately. I awoke at 5:30 cause the dogs wanted out. Then realized almost ALL my pain has gone away. Thank you!

    ❤ This Healing Meditation is certainly one of my favorites, it is on my Shortlist for Meditation for Vice-President. (Ha ha). No seriously it is a Wonderful Meditation!!! Every word is spoken clearly with a perfect Cadence and the woman’s voice is Angelic. I mean her voice is captivating. This is why said Meditation is recalling the Arthritic pain in my legs and crippling bone on bone Arthritis! I can sleep now and walk with almost Zero pain. On a ten scale my daily pain was 8 and after a month of using the Healing Meditation daily it’s about 3 😊 maybe even a 2. Please accept my sincere Thanks for creating such a Great Product!     Ive recently had heart surgeries and I have been told I need a heart transplant, I hadn't of done mindfulness in years, but since coming out of hospital I realised I needed something more powerful than medication, I am so thankful of your videos, they have taught me to bring peace back into my life.     This really helped me I have spondylosis, and I just had a bad time with numbness in both hands and knotted muscles in the shoulders and neck. It really did help relax me and fell asleep after 5 mins and woke an hour later and was much better. Many thanks.

      I was taking a new medication without realising it caused insomnia and sever sweating drenching my bedding and pyjamas, requiring approx 4 changes per night. I have never suffered with depression but was to the end of my tether. I came across this meditation and it has basically saved my sanity. PS the medication I was given was Omeprazole which is going into the bin. I can't thank you enough.

    I started using this randomly when I felt a little under the weather and I would wake up feeling awesome - but I always attributed it to zinc or vitamins or something else. Then I wanted to test it so I stopped taking those vitamins for a few days and voila. It’s definitely this amazing meditation. Now I listen every night. Great stuff.

    This has become my 'go to' sleep video. After the first time made me drop off to sleep, I tried it again and again. Then I started forgetting and noticed I didnt sleep the same without it! I now want Sarahs voice every night! I love how there are no adverts to wake you up, it always just plays to the end and then my tablet shuts off. I rarely get past my throat area, I get put to sleep within minutes now. Thank you!

    Thanks for this! I've been tracking sleep cycles and my "deep sleep" (when your body heals itself) is always well below normal range for my age. But last night i tracked it listening to this as i fell asleep and my "deep sleep" was above average range for the first time since I've been tracking! Thanks a million! ❤️

      Thanks for your comment!! I haven’t checked my sleep cycles but have found that I dream more and fall asleep rather quickly. At times I have felt as there is a need to sleep MORE as I wake up, a bit drowsy? If I sleep more however it results in a bad headache…. But to get back to what you wrote it’s great info as I was concerned the quality of sleep might be negatively affected by sounds in general.

    I was looking for just this. Your healing meditation video is very helpful but I wanted one for night that I could play as I sleep, and this is just right.     I was diagnosed with diabetes not too long ago and have been experiencing a ton of symptoms but fall into the coverage gap and can’t always receive the treatment I need, which on top of being a mom of 2 and wife and my mother battling breast cancer, etc, has worsened my anxiety 10 fold. I feel like i can hardly leave the house without snapping at strangers. One night of this and it’s the first time I haven’t woken to an instant panic attack. Thank you ❤️

    I was awoken ar about midnight with a racing heart. Obviously something on my subconscious that needed attention. I tried to relax myalef6and just couldn't. I grabbed headphones and my search brought me this. I heard the wholesale thing before finally sleeping. Once I did I made it through to 5 am. Thank you. I feel calm and rested despite the broken sleep. Namaste.

    Very interesting..
    Until l found this video l was doing all of my "thinking and planning" when snuggled under my blankets ...instead of sleeping..
    I am widowed ...so l was constantly thinking of my husband and the beautiful life we shared together.
    But ....getting up each day exhausted...
    So thanks to this video l'm managing to sleep ..and do my "thinking " throughout the day .

    Just found this.
    I believe it will be my 'go to' each night.
    I like that the meditation addresses all parts of the body, spine and joints included.
    I have scoliosis and RA, and I really felt the healing in my bones.
    I also like that the affirmations aren't 'I am's' as those can be not so readily agreed with in the conscience mind

    I’ve been listening to this healing meditation for 4 nights now and it might be coincidence or it might be that it actually works but COVID has finally caught up with me, I managed to avoid it till now and let me tell you, I was really unwell the first day, that night I started listening to this meditation and not only I slept really well but I woke up feeling better, all I had was body ache. Night 4 tonight and I’m ok, still a little achy but that’s all. Thank you so much for your hard work doing this meditations to help all of us at least relax and sleep well and in my case not only that I believe you helped me deal with covid ❤

    I love you Esther. I've been learning from you since I was 19 (10 years now). Life's always a fun rollercoaster of sifting and sorting and I always find that sweet spot in between. Thank you for all your work and for sharing so much of your life with us ❤ sending you love and virtual hugs.

    Had insomnia for over thirty years.think my body may have become use to it. Last few weeks i wake between one and two. a.m. Bathroom ,as though early morning, much stress apart from present issues. Not sleeping ,during the day .as overactive mind. Not wanting sympathy . That can weaken. And feel sure this video will change my life. Thankyou
