  • Join Sara Raymond this evening on a journey to help your body heal while you sleep. This
    meditation will begin by assisting you to relax and prepare for sleep. Once relaxed there will be a series of affirmations that you will hear until you are asleep. You can simply listen to the affirmations, or if you would like to in your mind, feel free to repeat them. This is designed to help you drift off to sleep while the affirmations are continuing. You do not need to be awake to benefit from them. Your subconscious will hear them as your own words.
    Our thoughts and the words we shape them with can influence our bodies ability to heal. Our bodies cells are in constant communication with each other and collectively they hear what we are thinking and saying. Having positive thoughts and using positive words can then create a positive healing environment for our cells to heal. Ultimately, it is always our body that does the healing, we only need to provide the right environment. The answer is always within us.

    I had a disease called Subacute thyroiditis, I couldn't sleep because of the pain every night. I found this video here, and there are other videos about healing body and mind in this channel. I listen to these videos every day before I go to bed and fall asleep. It seems that these videos have a power, I quickly recovered from my illness. Thank you.

      Hi! This might be random but I feel I want to tell you... my naturopath had a client and that client had two young boys, one of them was diagnosed with autism, he couldn’t speak really at all except for sounds. My naturopath showed me the videos of his progress, when he first saw my naturopath he couldn’t speak, my naturopath said he couldn’t eat gluten, dairy and other things and a couple months later he saw him again and they would video him asking him the same questions “what is your name what did you do today how old are you etc” first video, couldn’t speak, second video sort of said it but didn’t fully make sense and was moving his body a lot, third video about 6 months in, he was sitting calmly on the bed, no twitching or moving and he answered every question with happiness and ease.
      He didn’t have autism anymore. After many years of doctors saying he did.
      Idk if this story would help but I felt like sharing it with you

    I'm completey amazed by this recording. How is it possible I fall asleep before it's even half over and sleep all through the night? Each morning I'm awake feeling better than before. It's like a miracle.

      It’s subliminal meaning that after you fall asleep the words they speak are totally picked up by the subconscious part of the brain that makes up 90 to 95%. Conscious brain is only 5-10% used while we are awake. 😁👍🏼

    I was vaccinated. But I am now COVID-positive anyway and in isolation with my COVID-positive sons for 10 days. My 11-yr-old has been listening to you “since he was a little kid” (his words) to help him fall asleep. So he was insistent on listening to your healing meditations during this time. “I am grateful for my strong body” and “I trust my body’s ability to heal” are the positive thoughts he quotes when anyone starts to complain about being sick. Thank you for the positive and uplifting words (Les), and the calming and soothing voice of delivery (Sara).

I know on different channels I've heard very similar positive words used....anyway I want to compliment Sara to the fullest here as her voice shows the belief to these words in such a special gifted way.     Well Sara...I've been listening to you now for about 3 years and you've helped me heal in many ways. I'm currently listening to you again following a bad reaction to my vaccines (triggered a slow developing auto immune disorder into overdrive++) and I am starting to see improvement in the symptoms of this condition. My eyes hurt less and my body aches less. Thank you from my ❤ and soul ❤

      @@Tinyteacher1111 That is unfortunate. I have an auto immune condition and had no adverse reaction to the vaccines. They only help the body avoid a much more serious outcome should we get C19. Misinformation is everywhere. The proven medical science of the vaccine is saving countless lives.🙏

      I am really struggling with what to do for the best. I'm unvaccinated and have numerous auto immune conditions. I got covid pneumonia last winter (just before Christmas) and was hospitalised for a month, Inc HDU. I'm absolutely terrified of catching it again but also terrified of a reaction to the vaccine (had people relatively close that have died). My son, who lives at home, has currently tested positive for covid for the second time. My panicking has gone into overdrive and I'm so scared, worried and upset for him and also for myself in case I get it again and am as poorly as last time. Feel so alone and really don't know what to do for the best.
      These meditations helped me enormously previously but tonight I just can't seem to relax and stop crying :'( x

      ​@@wezhorses3919Oh gosh, I really do sympathise and empathise with you. I'm just getting over a bad bout of covid...I think I had it as bad as I did, probably because I didn't have the boosters...yet the fear of the vaccine side effects on my auto immune conditions made me decide against them. It was 3 weeks yesterday since I first developed covid symptoms and I'm still coughing, am weakened and fatigue easily. Fortunately I didn't get pneumonia like you but I know I was close to respiratory distress as often awoke cold and clammy with oxygen levels of only 75%..but I was too scared to call 111 as I figured they'd advise me to go to A&E or ring 999. The thought of that filled me with dread as I have known of people who went in even last year for minor surgery, caught covid and died. I like you am fearful of catching it again. My son who lives with me caught it too...from me and I like you, felt upset for him. He was positive for 15 days but he has fared better than I have and made a pretty good recovery. I hope you feel able to make a decision either way...I'm on the fence too...although I can't have a booster for 28 days...I'm going to leave it until January I think. I normally take daily vitamins and other supplements but had run out of my vitamin C 1000mg and Co Q10 100mg prior to contracting covid so whether that made me more vulnerable I don't know...I think probably though it's just that this variant is highly contagious. My daughter and granddaughter also had it the same time...we caught it from my granddaughter...all she had was snuffles whilst we 3 were all suffering much worse. Sending you a big hug for this conundrum. ❤

Unfortunately, I ended up with long covid, which I still have 15 months on...however, I still listen to this and some other healing audios as well as taking some supplements to help.       I have long covid too. I use this and I do yoga nidra which I think is very healing. Ally Boothroyd here on TH-cam has lots of wonderful recordings of varying lengths. I wish you all the very best in your recovery 🙏💗

      @lilmem07 Oh dear, I am truly sorry to hear that. It's proving a very stubbon situation to shift, however, I am embracing lots of things to help my healing process....it's a layering regime of supplements, energy healing etc. I can have a few good days and then a week of bad ones. Thank you for your good wishes. Atm the tachycardia and arrhythmia is particularly unpleasant...had that 2 days but it could mysteriously disappear tomorrow for 3 months or more. Seeing my GP on Monday after waiting 5 weeks for an appointment so I'll have a lot to tell him in my alotted 8 minutes of NHS time! 🫣🙄😅...he's going to be so pleased to see me...not! 😃. Take care 🩷

    You guys are amazing! I've been struggling to sleep due to generalized anxiety, depression and add. I tried one of your guided meditations a few nights ago, fell asleep within 20min after the session started. Today, took a nap earlier and the same thing happens. Also, the scripts have plenty of useful stuff to master by myself as well, and there's alot of real practices even professionals give, such as anchoring with different entities, breathing techniques and such. I'm extremely grateful for your work, good night💜

    Found out I had covid19 and couldn't sleep for 18 days..i came across this video and listen to it every night to sleep a few hours in between terrible symptoms. The best video. Thank you for the help in getting much needed sleep. 🙏

    I am really struggling emotionally ATM. I had covid pneumonia last winter and was very poorly with it. I am now terrified of catching it again, especially with coming Into winter again. My son, who lives at home, has just tested positive again for it. I'm extremely worried and scared.       Have you tried accupunture and chinese herbs from a highly trained eastern medicine accupunturist? I have upper back pain which regular drs dont understand but my accupuncturist is helping with treatments and chines herbs to balance chi energy.

      I love meditations for my migraines and pain, but my nerve pain was finally removed with Lyrica. I don’t know what kind of nerve pain you have, but you may wish to talk to your doctor about it. It’s been such a miracle. Good luck and I’m glad you found meditations to help!

      How is the healing coming along, Dede? Any progress with this meditation? Researchers say true healing versus covering up pain with dangerous drugs or trying to ignore it or wish or pray it away is about five more years away in the US and already available off-label in Europe.     I tried several similar but found urs the best. The primary reason is ur voice which is clear, gentle and very soft, which is perfect when it comes to listening something just before sleeping. One does not hv to force to listen or understand what is been said. Bonus part is the music. Very very soothing. God bless you for this great service.     I have experienced trauma in my childhood and abuse as well. Last night when i listened to this , my body started twitching and all kinds of sensations erupted in my body...is it ok? But, I slept peacefully before I could completely listen . Thank you

      It is normal for the body to respond in many ways when you relax after a history of trauma… most of the time traumatized bodies are tense and ready to defend yourself.     Thank you so so much. Insomnia had set in after surviving a horrific road accident. Sleeping pills didn’t work, but your sessions are now my go to. I don’t really know how they end ... always asleep. Better than chamomile! I wish you the very best that life can give.

      No, we are our own physicians as in the Bible, "Physician, heal thyself." Jesus came here to teach us how to heal.. many didn't listen and still don't, and many do not want to do their own work. If you really pick up on his words, he gets very frustrated with the people depending on him instead of learning from him. We were born with the ability to heal. Modern medicine is poison and only causes more damage. Jesus is not your healer... you are. Jesus is a son (daughter) of the Creator like we all are. He never said he was God. The church did to enrich themselves financially and control the people. Once you see it, you can not unsee this TRUTH. 🕊

    I've been doing this now for a few weeks and I've suffered for almost 6 years with pains no medication could appease but meditation and other tricks like pressure point stimulate has really helped and im almost pain free so thank you 🙏 I have fibromialgia and other complications
