The problem with most meditation is that I it try’s to teach you that you vacantly achieve peace on your own. You can’t. The only/way is Thur Christ. I used the phrase Jesus loves me. That put a great big smile on my face! You can’t do it alone!
I couldn’t do all of it without crying, but I’m proud of myself. Shits been really hard lately but this will hopefully be a step in the right direction. at least I’m trying now.

This is sublime!! How can "thank you" ever be enough? I'm the world's worst sleeper. Panic attacks and anxiety grip me throughout the night . . worrying about my daughter who has cancer, and seemingly taking on all the tragedies, sadness and anguish of the world! I awoke at 3.45am not knowing what to do with myself so I came here, listened to this beautiful session where I found myself in almost a surreal place. The first birdsong of the morning was gathering momentum and the cows and sheep in the fields were waking to their chorus. Not wanting to disturb my son and daughter, I crept out into the living room where my kitty cat was restless, caged with a broken leg, and meowing. I lifted him carefully and placed him beside me and we listened together, and he settled and slept and I was at peace. It was a truly beautiful moment and even now, at 10.15am, I am calm, at peace, refreshed and present . . . in this moment and embracing it and it is wonderful! . . . and it is a glorious day!! You are a gift! Love and Peace. ❤

My dear Eleonora, I'm so sorry to know that you are having many difficulties in your life. I wish I had the answers as to why some endure so much more than others. We learn to cope with what has been given to us but it is not easy and in my long life I have never quite learned how to cope with it all. Stay strong, practice meditation with these sessions as often as you like and with practice you will find that, like me, you can drift off into meditation even when on a bus or, like I do, sitting at the hospital with my daughter. This man is a God-sent gift and the best ever!! I previously posted ( patreon ) that I'm a woman for the UK who was diagnosed seven months ago with MS and to express my appreciation of your meditations and the benefit they provide me with. Consequently I am also delighted you have added another equally excellent and uplifting one. I had a very bad night with twitching, spasms and lots of pain and have been unfit to do anything today but try to mange the lingering pain. This meditation was a gift, though it's mid afternoon here it's enabled me to embrace the day! Once again thank you so much!

I'm the same . Every afternoon I use to tske my tension down. Whenever I'm stressed I listen to this and it takes my tension down . Lol and I say all the mantras . And I can feel the nasty unpleasantness towards me . So i follow the energy. And see what's in store for me . One day after a break I could feel a nasty energy. I said I could feel it comming from here . So I listen to what was said then corrected the problem,.
Yes it's true I haven't listened to it for over a year. It made me feel so good .I was having to deal with horrible people. And they spoiled my good vibes . So I had to switch to something that helped me focus more . As these people were petty, sneaky liars and dangerous. Who hid and planted things. To loo make it like I'm loosing my mind. When in fact they had done this.

The following comes to mind each time I listen to this video: Before finding Mindful Peace, I was listening to Jon Kabat Zinn (If you're not familiar with him this is a huge compliment) I'm trying my best to be brief. One day, after listening to a few of his meditations ll came upon Mindful Peace. When I heard your voice the first thing that came to mind was how did they get Jon Kabat Zinn to narrate meditations on an different channel You sound a lot like him❤

This one was particularly good. Not necessarily warding off bad energy but being aware that you may encounter it and accepting it in advance. It's important so that you won't be taken off guard.

I really liked this meditation. Thank you. I combined aromatherapy with it to help the anxiety that I have. Inhaling the scent of Ylang Ylang essential oil and your guided meditation is perfect to get into a calm positive mindset.
i just woke up from a nap and i have to go to a job that very evidently doesn’t want me. i’ve never called out, always came in a positive mood, and they still send me home due to high labor. i feel so under appreciated and unproductive lately. so i needed this so much and i appreciate you for making this because it really changed my outlook on the entire rest of my evening. thank you.

I literally LOVE this meditation, it's sort of like an activity too, where it keeps you focused. I tend to drift off during other meditations where they ramble on for quite a while about being the light and having a glowing white light inside you and it moves with the breath, I just can't seem to get in to those ones, I can't imagine the light getting bigger and bigger you see, it's hard for me. But this is great, it calms you at first, then gets you into abit of inward thinking, then it gets you to do the 5,4,3,2,1 exercises a few times and I love that it makes you focus a little more instead of relaxing too much. For those out there looking for a simple enough but relaxing AND focusing meditation, this is definitely my first recommendation. Thank you so much for being the ONLY ONE who says "good morning" to me for most days, I even say it back to you, even though I know you can't hear it, I sort of feel like you can, it's weird. Btw, I said 'most days' because sometimes but rarely, I oversleep through my alarm, which I usually set for 5am so I can have some 'me time' before my baby wakes, but i have to wake and get straight up when my son does, so if I do oversleep then I don't have time to meditate.) When that happens I feel a little sad I'm ngl... Nm though, I do a night time one when my son's down for the night but I do have to do a different one to this, because this is morning based, so I do an end of day relaxation one.....then usually fall asleep cuz I'm shattered from being a single mum 🤣🤣 typical that I can't even enjoy a night meditation without usually falling asleep lol 🙄
sometimes i listen to this when i feel like i need a good cry. i’ve never dealt with anxiety this severe in my life and i’ve been struggling immensely. thank you for these videos, they make things a little better, even for just a few moments.
If there's anyone here finding it troublesome, or difficult to concentrate, or follow through with this practice; perhaps it's somehow making you MORE anxious, just remember: It's okay. This is not something you HAVE to do. It's something you can allow yourself to do. Whenever you want. Set your intentions to practice, not to achieve. Whatever thought you have, acknowledge it, then just return to the breath. Each time you do this, you're practicing your ability to redirect your focus, in spite of those anxious thoughts. You can do this. Perhaps, it could mean you're less and less anxious each time you do these exercises. Take it from someone who is going through it too, and has trouble with this.

This is just so soothing to the soul. Like he said you can get up. And your mind just love to stress and worry . This meditation brings you back. If ever I'm stressed at work. I listen to this in my lunch break.

Yes! I felt the difference between my and other energy! That was the first time! I had these twinkling sensations and goosebumbs all over my body the entire meditation after realising this. Wauw. Amazing. I’m growing! I’m coming home. ❤️

This one was particularly good. Not necessarily warding off bad energy but being aware that you may encounter it and accepting it in advance. It's important so that you won't be taken off guard.

I really liked this meditation. Thank you. I combined aromatherapy with it to help the anxiety that I have. Inhaling the scent of Ylang Ylang essential oil and your guided meditation is perfect to get into a calm positive mindset.

i just woke up from a nap and i have to go to a job that very evidently doesn’t want me. i’ve never called out, always came in a positive mood, and they still send me home due to high labor. i feel so under appreciated and unproductive lately. so i needed this so much and i appreciate you for making this because it really changed my outlook on the entire rest of my evening. thank you.

I have just discovered this meditation. I absolutely love it. It has really helped with my anxiety and calmed my spinning thoughts. His voice is magical and brings peace. I wish I could find a meditation by him to end the day.

I agree with you . I like how you say that . Self exposed overwhelm. Unfortunately people put too much stress on us . And we end up stressed by over thinking and over achieving .
Fantastic voice...LOVE it!! I've listened to several meditations and if the voice isn't "right" it's harder for me to focus...actually can be irritating.....I could get lost in this guy's voice alone LOL

I literally LOVE this meditation, it's sort of like an activity too, where it keeps you focused. I tend to drift off during other meditations where they ramble on for quite a while about being the light and having a glowing white light inside you and it moves with the breath, I just can't seem to get in to those ones, I can't imagine the light getting bigger and bigger you see, it's hard for me. But this is great, it calms you at first, then gets you into abit of inward thinking, then it gets you to do the 5,4,3,2,1 exercises a few times and I love that it makes you focus a little more instead of relaxing too much. For those out there looking for a simple enough but relaxing AND focusing meditation, this is definitely my first recommendation. Thank you so much for being the ONLY ONE who says "good morning" to me for most days, I even say it back to you, even though I know you can't hear it, I sort of feel like you can, it's weird. Btw, I said 'most days' because sometimes but rarely, I oversleep through my alarm, which I usually set for 5am so I can have some 'me time' before my baby wakes, but i have to wake and get straight up when my son does, so if I do oversleep then I don't have time to meditate.) When that happens I feel a little sad I'm ngl... Nm though, I do a night time one when my son's down for the night but I do have to do a different one to this, because this is morning based, so I do an end of day relaxation one.....then usually fall asleep cuz I'm shattered from being a single mum 🤣🤣 typical that I can't even enjoy a night meditation without usually falling asleep lol 🙄

sometimes i listen to this when i feel like i need a good cry. i’ve never dealt with anxiety this severe in my life and i’ve been struggling immensely. thank you for these videos, they make things a little better, even for just a few moments.

Good morning to you as i embrace the day.
If there's anyone here finding it troublesome, or difficult to concentrate, or follow through with this practice; perhaps it's somehow making you MORE anxious, just remember:
It's okay. This is not something you HAVE to do. It's something you can allow yourself to do. Whenever you want. Set your intentions to practice, not to achieve.
Whatever thought you have, acknowledge it, then just return to the breath. Each time you do this, you're practicing your ability to redirect your focus, in spite of those anxious thoughts. You can do this. Perhaps, it could mean you're less and less anxious each time you do these exercises.
Take it from someone who is going through it too, and has trouble with this.
