The designer Khyzyl Saleem has obviously got an eye for taking a someone else's hard work and Genius iconic design and completely messing it up, it lis so obvious that he has copied all the very the best eye catching masculine details of the WP Lister XJS and then reporportioned them in such a clownish way and then filled in the gaps with a lot of unproportional left over 1970's unwanted parts and even further made a complete mess of the remainder of the car.

I live in the US and have done big miles.I never go on long trips without my AirHawk seat cushion. It adds extra height to straighten the knees and ,because it's inflatable, it's adjustable throughout the day....Great video, I'm looking at one tomorrow

Traded in my 2013 BMW M3 for the 2024 Tesla Model 3 Performance (same color combo as the video). While it was a bit of sad day to let go of my M (last V8), the Tesla has been pretty amazing so far (been about a month with it so far). The acceleration, the handling, the sound system, all top notch. Regarding the FSD, haven't had any of the issues noted in the video and so, that's been pretty great as well. Letting it take over in traffic or on my daily commute to work has been one of my favorite aspects of the car. While I like the turn signals being buttons on the wheel, I would have preferred one of each side instead of both on the left. Still takes some getting used to after a few weeks. Have to charge it a bit more than I anticipated, but hasn't been too bad. Supercharger network is extensive in the US (I'm in Miami) and I also have access to one at work for a few hours. I've also come across free charging at few locations already (museums, state park, grocery stores). I'm still on free Supercharging for two more months, but even when that expires, combined with the other options, I think I'll save a ton vs. the $50-60 (usd) I was putting in the M3. Want to wait a few months and see how that goes before considering putting something in at the house. That can be a bit of an initial expense on the install, but then you can set it to charge nightly during off-peak hours.

Tbh I love my haptic wheel on the 22R 😅 within a week everything was second nature and never had an issue with them

The thing with tesla's that no journalist notices because they never actually own one is the lack of maintenace that's required. It is quite normal for a model 3 to reach 100k miles with nothing but new tires and an air filter change. Your average performance car (certainly anything petrol that fast) needs a fair amount of tlc to keep it running nicely - a tesla simply doesn't.

Don't buy Tesla .. service is non-existent ...

None until they go back to making 3 door golfs

I do agree with John. The Mini E would be my choice too! Our roads are terrible now, with potholes and collapsing man holes. A firm ride is fine on a track, but not in the real world. I have a 1.5 Mini F56 in British Racing Green. It came with 17" Cosmos wheels, on runflats. Awful ride! I've swapped to some 15" bog standard wheels, with standard tyres. They don't look as good, but the ride is much improved . Weighing up whether to buy an Electric Mini hatch or the Countryman hybrid. I like both, but need to get out there and test drive them, to decide. I'm very surprised this video hasn't got that many comments! I really enjoyed it, and I'm 55 years young! 😊

People want SUV's for really one reason, "The Seats" they are more ergonomically comfortable... end of story.

I thought that the standard setting on the dampers was the one to pick after having the car for a day, then a few weeks later after getting used to it and the cars handling, I realise that the sport setting is the one to pick. The difference is in the change of direction which means the sport setting is far better for street handling where you are not always setting the car up for a planned corner.

As a small businessman I've been running an F31 335D Touring which I bought new for the last 10 years. I bought that because there wasn't an M3 Touring at the time. It is used to cart boxes most days when there are only a few and that means that I can use my comfy, quick car instead of my huge Crafter van. My German Shepherd also goes in the back when needed. I am speccing a new M3 touring at the moment and will use that in exactly the same way.

If it ain't a 3 door, it ain't a GTI, end off. I'll stick to mk7 Clubsport with DSG in white. 5 Doors are family cars, not hot hatches.

Great review. Amazing car, ordered one over a 911 and Model S Plaid. It’s just the most fun to drive out of all of them IMO.

Great to see Steve again. He was fantastic when he came out here to Australia running in the Bathurst races and then also onto New Zealand. In actual fact when the Aussie commentators spoke of Steve during the 1987 Bathurst, they reckon he looked only 19!!

This car must be a preproduction car. I've recently had a go in one and it was wonderful. I would suggest to everyone to drive one first. This critique is way way over the top. The engine at the top end is wonderful. The gearbox is tight, but you have to be deliberate with it. The peddles are a non-issue I'm stund by this review. I would say the accelerator is way to sensitive, and you need to push clutch right to the bottom. Other than that, I don't see any issues.

No other driver assist system is as advanced as Tesla’s. A Tesla will drive you home….not just keep you in your driver lane.

maybe i have missed it. taking the risk that i have missed you talking about it, I must say: it would suit you well to tell people that the fruity noises of the car are not actually the car itself, but rather artificial sounds played through the speakers. Kind of Buyers Deception if u ask me.
