Regarding the bulb holder, if they need to last, you should get them printet out of abs/asa or a engineering filament like nylon. I have personally have had good experiences with Spectrum ASA 275 with open printers

Repair, you will definitely not regret it. I also drive the only eight Arden Blue Zafira A GSI. In the Netherlands we call it OPC (Opel Performance Center). Every KM I drive in it is just great. I enjoy it immensely. Even though this car is over 20 years old. These are the real Opel cars that were made. Unfortunately, Opel was taken over by the PSA group in 2016. So it became French. And I'm not going to say anything about that. Please repair again. Then you can enjoy this unique car again.

There is only one real Zafira a OPC end that is the Arden Blue. 👍

You can get new rear looms and bulb holders from Zac.Carter He’s got them going already. Oh and you’ve forgotten about rear reflectors for the MOT. They aren’t part of the rear cluster. 👍🏻

Hey Ron I have a 2008 mk5 1.9 tdi dag with 155k miles not a spot of rust or any other gremlins yet lol It needs the dual mass flywheel replaced would you recommend doing this on a car of this age due to cost? BTW a great video Many thanks

Put in the work! And put it back on the road! I know the situation you are in right now, i am in the middle of restoring a astra g opc caravan 1 of the 15 ever deliverd in Holland. But in the end its al worth it because there not much left of these cars on the road

I’d be tempted to do away with those clamps and fix the rails directly to the bed.

Yeah, those brackets really look sloppy, but I guess there is no other alternative w/o drilling. Look excellent tho. 🙂

A friend has this on his caddy and it finishes off the clean look. Did plan to come up this week and see you but will do it next week now Ron.

The caddy needs a nice paint job. Unless the owner is going for beaten up look.

I've just fitted mine. Generally very impressed but the brackets just don't fit how I feel they should. They aren't the prettiest, either. Tempted to rivnut and bolt it down.
