Have Fun, Super Ron!
Hi Ron, great video 👌 I am wiring mine following your video. Just wondering about the fuel pump relay.
I have:-
30 - perm 12v feed
87 - N75, lambda/maf, injectors, fuel pumps.
85 - earth trigger from ECU.
86 - 12v ignition
Any help would be great. 👍🏻
Yes that looks good, thanks for watching 😁
I got myself a golf mk1 with a 2 litre 8v motor turbo making 250 kw and 463 of torque. Build it during lockdown in 2020 and suprise it hasn't blowen yet.. just blowing up gearboxes of course😂 there's kinda video's are the reason why im a golf famboy. Keep up the good video man you deserved a sub from me
Thanks for watching and thanks for the sub 😁
for the relay i have question , on pin 30 ( battery feed from new fuse box fuse 1 or can i just feed it from somwhere else ) 85 ( ground ) 86 ( connect to purple white ) 87 (connect to A3 a4 a5 a6 ) is this correct or am i making a mistake ?
Yes that's looks correct

for the digital signal green and brown i bought a digital and analog tachometer in case analogue doesn't work, can i use the analogue or it won't work without the converter box , and for the digital one does it need the converter box too ? or they both wont work with and without the converter i have a beetle 1300 put the 1.8t still didn't start the engine i am following your videos thanks
and for the water temp i think i am gonna buy a digital gauge too do i connect it to the water temp wire with a resistor so it can read correctly ? i don't wanna change the original water temp sensor of the the 1.8t ?
In theory the digital one should work, but there are also different pulses sometimes so not guaranteed. A aftermarket coolant gague is unlikely to read correct with the tt sensor. For accuracy I'd find a place for the matching sender somewhere. Thanks for watching 😁
hi please can you tell me what type of fuse box that is your using, i can only find the fuse boxss with the connections on show i want one where the connections are from the rear like yours.
TIA
It's made by durite. Part number 0-234-60
thanks man appreciate the reply and information.
Only person in the world that enjoys wiring, fuse boxes and relays😂 its not that difficult once u get head round it. Still hate it tho. Coming together nicely.
Exactly 😁 thanks for watching
Great video and nice job on the wiring and like the label system so the owner knows where everything go's. When you do another 20v engine swap. Do you use the same wiring list and diagrams which you made on this project or start all over again?
I have my go-to sheet of what goes where and what's needed to run, but I do jot down notes for every conversion as they're all slightly different. I've still got all the notes for every conversion I've done. Thanks for watching 😁
Amazing work and detailed, absolutely a pleasure to watch and learn… keep it coming
Thanks for watching 😁
Brilliant! Taking notes for the wiring of the Honda k24 into my 911!
Thanks for watching 😁
Amazing wish I could do wireing
It's all in the research 😁 thanks for watching
Loving the progress, Sir. 👌
Thanks for watching 😁
I have an oddessy battery under my passenger seat in my caddy. Nice and small but plenty of power!
That's the sort of thing we're considering, our only concern is having so much prolonged draw on a race battery with the air ride etc. Thanks for watching 😁
Had mine with air ride for 3 years now no issue. Kept on trickle charge in the garage
Good to hear, that's solved that problem then! 👍
@@SuperRon ODS-AGM16L fits nicely and you can get a nice cage for mounting it. I’m sure you know, but make sure the earth is super beefy. Last owner who fitted it used some weedy wire and it caused a stupid amount of voltage drop!! 🤦🏻♂️
