I know I'm way late to comment. I have been looking at them lately. I love trash talking now. I'm definitely getting one. Baggers are a man's bike, a very old man's bike. I can remember back in the 70s and 80s, the only bikes I saw with bags were Goldwings with old men riding them. Some fool tries to say he bike is faster. I will park the V-Rod and roll up on my 08 Hayabusa. Also, water cooled.

Loved my 2014 Muscle...somebody didnt see me and ran into me, i was doing 60mph.....lost my bike and my right leg above the knee 😮.

I did not tune my bike yet.

My air filter is 100% expose to the air.

I didn't do a slip on. I changed the headers as well. My bike rides rough but with power. Yes I can tell you from experience with a hi flow filter and full exhaust change caused my bike to ride differently. It's louder, more aggressive and absolutely more power in the lower gears.

So far I’m loving the bike. I have a 2016 VR muscle this weekend. I’ll be doing the oil change but I noticed that even though the bike has 3000 miles and I did the titanium heat wrap on the right side pipes still hot on that side still a lot of heat radiating from the pipes. The fan does go on - what would you recommend when it comes to a good oil change synthetic something to drop the heat not too much but just enough

A couple questions because im just getting started. I have a 2019 road glide special. Already has the extreme air intake, but they never added a tuner. It currently has stock pipes though. Would you go directly to stage 2 and just do "one and done"? I like the idea of the auto tuner and would that system ( auto tuner/pro tuner and Screamin eagle header pipe) work with other slip ons? Im thinking Reinhart DBX 4.5 on the output. Would they all "play nice" together?

Ive had a 2019 road glide special for a month now with the Scorched orange Gloss/ Denim black accents. Found this video because im trying to figure out how to handle this for cleaning/detailing. Thanks for the info. I guess I need to try and keep the wax off the denim portions. What im curious about now is the "buglside" product that ive been using. Not sure if I can use that on the denim or not....gonna have to look into that. I do like that denim blue too!

Hey man, great looking Muscle. Your info on OUR color scheme is off tho. I have the Exact muscle colors the white n denim and it's a 2013 model. Anyway it's the best bike I have ever been able to ride for sure. The RPMs is almost sports bike like. Lil over 9thousand for the Red line....On a Harley???? My Co riders are In 3rd Goin to 4th gear while I'm still in 2nd crushing them. It's truly an amazing bike! And everyone luvs the Rear tire size. Always

My first purchase was an 03 anniversary V-Rod, I couldn’t believe the hatred and insults I took in just the first couple months, I just turned that into something positive now they’re mostly accepted and I still don’t care. I love it. It’s got 70,000 on it and it’s still like brand new. He’s 20 years old and it still feels like new, so my advice is if you don’t like it, don’t buy it.

Just went through this. Initially went to Klock Werkz 11.5" flared and it was horrible. The distortion was really bad and also shook like crazy at idle! I ended up going with the HD 7" wind splitter and is much better. With that, I do not like that HD wont make dark smoke on anything bigger than 7". At least go to 10.5" Harley..

When I was looking to buy a new bike, I test rode a V-Rod Anniversary. I loved it, but I ended up buying a Triumph Speed Triple. I sill love the V-Rod, aside from the fuel efficiency. I don't understand how the people within a company's fanbase will hate on you for riding a few of the bikes they make. Get made fun of for a sportster, V-Rod, the Street and even a Dyna in some cases. It's like if you are not riding their top of the line bikes that cost more than cars, you aren't riding a proper Harley... It's why I stayed away from Harley riders in general. Just love my Triumph and hang out with the rest of the biker world.

Question for you on a 2012 VR night rod is it possible to cut the baffles out of the stock mufflers, go topless on the filter and what I need to tuner after that
