That is God's country out there. I found under the highway bridges to be great camping spots on my road trip out there, protected from the wind and any rain and no one bothers you under there. I spent 3 weeks and rode 4000 miles and traced the border as close as I could all the way to NM. You won't find prettier country. Did you see Langtry?

A good start. You should follow Stacy’s Ride To Food videos and pattern some off of them. A general explanation of where you plan on going, narrative as to stops along the way (she adds narrative later), good stop spots, lots of scenery overnight adventures, etc. much less music and selections that aren’t over the top and volume of narrative a lot louder than the music and you’ll be on your way to a large following group.

I’m a long haul truck driver out of Winnipeg and once in a while I’ll drive a route that has me delivering in Emo, Atikokan & Dryden. It’s a nice peaceful drive until you get to the 17 and all the craziness starts!

Hello, yours is the first video I have watched after completing a 7300 mile road trip including a tour of the desert southwest where I started at Tybee Island Georgia and finished at Oceanside California and San Diego. This is my 39th cross country trip and it is the fifth on the particular motorcycle. I have now which is a 2003 Honda Valkyrie. I won’t watch any other TH-cam this day. But when I saw that you had posted, several that I had missed, I had to watch them. There is something about the way you travel your music choices, and the things that you seem to get an expressed that appeals to me. no other TH-camr seems to travel quite the way I do, and seems to understand the difficulties that happen when you are determined to cover big miles on a budget. My arrival home from my trip finds me feeling like I’ve been battered. The desert winds in the American southwest the last couple of weeks of October were brutal. They made it difficult to ride and nearly impossible to keep a tent up. as I do more and more miles I note the physical effects on my body. That is the reason I am contacting you now. I encourage you to keep doing what you were doing for as long as possible, and to keep doing it the way you were doing it. You were keeping something alive that I am afraid is passing. I see very few people these days, Touring long distance, or non-adventure bikes and actually having adventures. Most people seem to park their adventure, bikes in front of the nicest hotels and they seem to stay very clean. When I see your simple set up and I see the way you do things it makes me feel so good inside to know that there are others that understand the spirit of a real road trip. Please stay true to your style and true to yourself and continue doing what you’re doing. I don’t know you, but I feel deeply proud of you. Best of luck in all your endeavors, Burley.

Great videos. The hubby and I are really enjoying them. One word of advice, eat more carbohydrates, you'll stay warmer. Fruit doesn't make heat. Also, your rain gear will keep the cold wind off you and hence keep your core temperature warm. We ride in Alaska, where it's cold most of the time. Keep the shiny side up and rubber side down. 😊🙏✝️

9:05 i took a screenshot and am adding to my riding gallery... 4200 miles, 11 days... on a Sportster. Absolute motivation! For context I was buck hard, 20s, right out if the Army infantry and traveled all over the US on a Sportster in '89. If i did 400 mile days it was an accident but I had all the time in the world, and the old bikes were different and the speed limit was 55 mph... but still... rhe way you put down major miles, day after day... this trip or the States trips... your channel is pure motivation! Thank you again for all your vids and taking us along!

A wind-chill calculator told me that riding motorcycle road speeds at 45* F would yield a wind-chill close to freezing (32* F or 0* C). Rather than risk frost-bite, especially on any inadvertently exposed skin, I won't ride when it's less than 45* F (7* C).

I'm from Fairfield's security department and must inform you that taking stale donuts and 10 month old cookies from our continental breakfast is frowned upon by the management. Charges will be added and show on your next VISA statement.

To keep hands warm place the direct on lower pan . If your center is cold buy a newspaper stuff it inside your jacket it keeps your heart warm .
