- It’s been a long time coming! Death Valley has been on my riding bucket list for over a decade. The landscape, the history… there’s so much exploring to do and so little time! Join me as I take on the Valley.

Any woman that can ride a sporty like this is beyond Badass and nothing but respect👍
Wow, thank you!! ☺️
Hello from New Zealand. January 2023 I rented a Streetglide in LA and rode Joshua Tree, Mojave to Las Vegas and came back through Death Valley and Barstow. This video brought back LOTS of good memories of that area.
That sounds like an INCREDIBLE ride, wow!! I’m glad this video brought back memories. ☺️
@@lauradanielle1991 I will be coming back sometime to explore more of your amazing country!
Unlike back home, at least you can see the moose and deer coming for miles! Lol ;)
You’ve got that right! 😅
YOU MADE IT! I kept thinking your song "883" should have been playing during some of those scenes. It would have fit perfectly. Death Valley is a weird place, no? You can't help but wonder how in years gone by, anyone would want to be there... and yet some stayed and mined for borax and other minerals. As a geologist, I will tell you that most think Death Valley is now a rifting zone, which is to say in a few million years, it will create a gap and cause the ocean to fill it in. I'll be going back there in March 2025, likely for the last time with students. That will make it emotional, for sure. So glad your journey has gone well to this point. As an American I apologize for the awful gas prices..... and I will definitely "stay tuned". Always love your posts. You do great work.
Interesting comment about death valley rifting zone. I'll have to look into that.
Good day Laura!! Thank you for the video, interesting as always, I liked it! Have a good trip and look forward to new videos!!! Thank you Laura!!🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Thank you for tuning in! 😀😀😀
Love the footage at 04:14 Thanks for these walks and a perspective that most miss. Truly, a beautiful expanse.
Glad you enjoyed it!
GREAT AGAIN LAURA,REALLY LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR VIDEOS. ADMIRABLE IN SO MANY WAYS. THANKS.
Thank you so much!
thanks keep the videos coming. I enjoy them while drinking my morning coffee in Connecticut, USA. I liked how this one ended at you worked to figure out the air conditioner. The various graphics such as the question mark, flames, and exclamation point were awesome. It was better than if you had narrated. Peace. As always ride safely and enjoy the ride.
Great ride! Thanks for sharing 🙏
Thanks for tuning in 😌
In addition to all the accolades on the videography, I'd like to add, maybe the best playlist of all the videos I follow! Thanks Laura. Ride safe!
Wow, thank you so much! 😊
Laura, I have ridden over 170,000 miles and gone about everywhere. Including Death Valley. My surprise there was how cold it was once I rode up out of the valley floor. Now 82, I have sold my BMW R1200GS and currently ride an 883 Sportster. Love the sound of that little bike and thanks for putting some of that sound in this video. The most compelling thing about you is your purity and goodness. I have been happily married to a woman like you for 56 years. How have we done it? The same way you do : a God - centered life. I appreciate you and what you do.
Thank you so much for your comment- It means a lot to me. Happy riding!
Another great episode 👍
Thank you kindly! All the best 😊
Awesome!! The 7:06 looks like a postcard picture! Thanks for sharing im really enjoying this vacation you are taking all of us members of the Laura Danielle fan club on! That gas is super expensive for sure. As always be safe!!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for tuning in. 🤗
Another awesome video!!! I can't wait for the next one!!! 👍👍👍

I enjoyed your video again. ,👍
Thanks again!
Nice ride Laura! That’s a great way to explore! Thanks for all the different views. Such a beautiful area. Ride safe!
Isn’t it something?! I can’t believe this place is real!
@@lauradanielle1991 it really is a beautiful area and your video certainly brings it to life! Thanks!
Music went well for this wonderful tour of Death Valley.I rode there about 30 years ago in the summer.122 degrees.I lived in Az at the time so i guess i was somewhat used to it.Would like to go back sometime before im a ghost rider in the sky. Thanks for sharing your cool life.
Thank you! Wow, 122 degrees, what a scorcher, eh?! It’s hard to believe the place is real.
Lovely scenery.
Agreed :)
Fantastic you got to see Death Valley, I have been going there for years both with a camper and on my bike. We used to go on bikes in October and it usually was still over 100 F during the day. Nice to see you got as far as Panamint Springs, we have stayed there before too and if you could have kept going you would have got to Lone Pine and the Sierra's. We used to stay a Furnace Creek Ranch but it is way too expensive now. I am planning a trip to Carson City area (near Lake Tahoe) as we are thinking of moving there and I need to scout it out, but it's going to be a hot ride if I go so still thinking it out. Looked a bit rough but cool that you spent the night at the Amargosa Opera House hotel. As always love your videos and can't wait for the next one!
Thanks for your comment! 100F on a October- that’s really something. What an incredible place. The Amargosa was a bit rough, but it sure had character!
Brilliant vid , what a place to ride amazing adventure,
Glad you enjoyed it! It sure is amazing.
@@lauradanielle1991 looking forward to more 😊
Very enteresting about Stan Jones, Stanley Davis Jones (June 5, 1914 - December 13, 1963) was an American songwriter and actor, primarily writing Western music. He is best remembered for writing "Ghost Riders in the Sky". I've listed Ghost Riders in the Sky and never gave it a thought who wrote it. Just thought Johnny Cash wrote it. Looking forward to your adventure, Iron Head Cow Girl!😍👍
Iron Head Cow Girl, I like that!
Very good intro! Those sounds from the typewriter is such a trigger for the pass. :)
It really is! Thank you. 😊
Man such a rad trip 🤘
It sure was! Thanks!!
I would like to take the liberty to change the title to this video as follows:
“Laura finds the road map to Heaven” chapter 11.
When I was nine years old, I was in Sunday school preparing for my first holy communion, but the Nuns NEVER told me you can get to heaven on a Sportster 883!
And Laura, I have a confession to make. I watched this video 3 times! But what’s more sinful I watched it on my new 75 inch flat screen TV. 📺
That’s a bike trip I’m adding to my schedule for sure! So glad you posted this, I enjoyed this so much. Fantastic video, heck, I’m watching this gem again!
“Laura Finds the Roadmap to Heaven”- how perfect! It sure seemed that way. I’m so glad you enjoyed the video! It’s comments like yours that bring a smile to my face and motivate me to keep going- so thank you 😊
@@lauradanielle1991Laura, I hope you keep producing videos no matter what the topic is. In all honesty, from what I see out in TH-cam land or anywhere else for that matter, you definitely have the best and most creative and artistic videos out there especially as you present them. Actually, you are the star of the show no matter what the subject matter is.
Calm, honest, intelligent, soft spoken and naturally genuine.
So hard to find these days.
Honestly, your channel should be much better promoted and frankly, I think sponsors are really missing out by not sponsoring your creative work because it is high quality and very unique and has real value.
I do hope corporate at TH-cam starts promoting you and your channel much more vigorously. Keep up the great content you’re producing no matter what the story line is.
Ride safe and take care!
I love that you hand wrote postcards on your adventure! It is a lost art but you are keeping that alive! Love it! Also noticed you are getting more and more creative in your editing! You are doing a great job! Keep going 🤘😎🇺🇸🇨🇦 Has adding the windshield to your 883 made a noticeable difference to your riding experience? Much less wind fatigue? When I added one to my current Harley, it was a game changer for me. Will probably always have one from now on. Take care, god bless, and as always stay tuned…🎶🎶✌️😎
Thank you! The windshield is a huge game changer- I can ride longer, plus it’s super awesome that it blocks the rain. I do feel like I’m cheating a bit with it on though… I feel as if I’m not fully experiencing the rawness around me. I suppose it’s all about balance though, right?
It's great to watch this video and see the few places that I visited when I was in Death Valley in April. I camped for 4 nights at Stovepipe Campground and rode around to the different areas & hiked a few after parking the bike. I would go back again as there a few places that I couldn't get to because the roads were closed.
I feel like I need to go back too- there’s so much to see and do yet so little time…
Well, I'm heading to South Dakota in a couple of weeks and will be traveling for about 5 weeks, maybe I'll have some time to pass through Death Valley, then again, I may decide to tour around Ohio, eh! I figure it out once I'm on the roads 😆
amazing ride
It really is!
Awesome video!
Thank you!
Great scenery as you ride your steel horse on those roads :)
“Steel horse”- I love that! I think that one’s going to stick.
@@lauradanielle1991 credit goes to the Bon Jovi song 'Wanted, Dead or Alive' :)
Great video ! I see you could finally ride bare handed 😊
It’s about time! 🤣
It is seriously the highlight of my day when I see a new video by you
Thank you!!
A Harley, tumble weed, dust, wind and alone with your thoughts. So you made it to Death Valley Laura, congrats. Was it hot ? You did ride with gloves and bare hands so tried to gauge the temperatures from that. Lovely rock formations and the desert does look beautiful. Hope you make it to Red Rock Canyon. Maybe a tour of area 51 is on the cards. 🏜🏜👽👽👀👀
65 degrees! Woohoo!
FINALLY!!!
Pahrump NV home of the famous Art Bell😎… new sub
Thanks for tuning in, and welcome!🤗
❤
♥️
Perfect music for your videos - I love the vibe! Where (and how) do you find it?!
Thank you!! It takes a lot of searching on Epidemic Sounds, but that’s where I get most of it! I search terms like, “outlaw”, “desert”, “western wandering”, etc.
Goal Achieved!! Looked amazing Great video! Love the Post cards sent! Now I'm curious which route you took back to your truck and trailer
Thank you!! It’s hard to believe that I’ve finally seen this place is person.
that was one helluva long straight stretch of highway! i bet that made ya feel like a cowgirl back in the 1800's riding a horse
It sure did, hahaha!
Hi Laura another great video Thank you I really enjoyed the scenery & the long straight road that seems to go on for ever heading into the hills ahead to cool Im glad it has warmed up for your ride Im looking forward to your next video keep them coming Take care for now Be safe out there Ridin in the Wind 😎😎
Thank you for your comment! It sure was nice to have some warm weather.
A Harley, tumble weed, dust, wind and alone with your thoughts. So you made it to Death Valley Laura, congrats. Was it hot ? You did ride with gloves and bare hands so tried to gauge the temperatures from that. Seriously, were those gas prices for real ? Used to be $2.5 a gallon from memory, one way to get people to stay at home. Lovely rock formations and the desert does look beautiful. Hope you make it to Red Rock Canyon. Maybe a tour of area 51 is on the cards.
Ending the video with you try to figure out how to use the Air conditioning unit,
Classic Laura. 🤠
😂😂😂
Beautiful scenery & video 🤩 question.. whereabouts is your camera mounted? Excellent angle 👌
Thank you! I have a chest mount, and for the side of the tank shots, I tuck my GoPro into the knee of my pants…. Gotta get creative sometimes. 😅
Hey Laura. Now You have been on a ride in Death Valley, You have met a ghost rider (04:00) and You came out alive!
I’m sure You will always remember this tour.
Thank You for an amazing video.
You’ve got that right! I can’t believe I finally made it. ☺️
Great video...doesn't appear to be many people or traffic around ...is this because of the time of year...shoulder season maybe?
I think it’s the time of year. 😄
Great audio and video, something about the way you do it
I appreciate that!
!!! 🙂
😄!!
By the way, Laura, did You know that Van Morrison wrote a song just for You? He Callesen it “My Brown Eyed Girl☺️
