Got the hobbywing ezrun 3652 sl g2 combo,. On 3s , after that I upgraded everything I could and love this thing , nearly as fun as my x max.

How-To: Use a Paint Stripper 1. Apply a THICK LAYER of stripper on the surface using a brush, syringe, or a unadvised "pour on" method. 2. Wait for the stripper to soak into the paint, you will know it has soaked in because it will cause the paint to expand and lift (aka "crinkle") 3. Wipe away the affected paint. 4. Repeat steps until paint is removed. I have never needed to "scrub" paint off when using a paint stripper/remover, it literally just wipes away. Hope this helps someone else out there.

I have 2 of these. 1 very lightly used. Basically broke in and that was it. And another still brand spankin new in the box. Its the kit version.

If you want to get sharp edges using masking tape, you can spray a clear coat and let it dry before spraying your color paint. this way the clear coat will fill up all the leaks under the masking tape.

I have the wltoys à959b with a modified 8 turn motor, I also have a fan cooled 380 amp esc, ajustable turn bulkles and added oil in the shocks, mine is scary crazy on 2s and the esc is 3s rated the modified 8 turn motor is 12 volts max dont think i will try it on 3s

You were using the ELO incorrectly. You are supposed to take a paint brush, put a generous amount on the end, and spread it all over the body. You will need to keep putting more ELO on the brush as you continue to cover the body with a somewhat thick layer of ELO. Then, you need to let it sit until the paint starts to crinkle up and lift off the body all by itself. 3 minutes is too short and the paint won't have enough time to start lifting properly. You also shouldn't have to do any major scrubbing to get the paint off after it has crinkled up.

This video helped me save my Velineon 3500 brushless motor after i stripped out the set screw on a protek 48p pinion i put on it awhile back that want to get off to fit a different pinion. This was a eye opener from me i desperately need to invest in a better tool set than using cheap drivers and rtr included allen keys.

Man prices have skyrocketed, I picked up one for 350 but it’s a 92 all white plastic car and it’s got very few scratches. I put a novak esc and receiver, and it’s got a reedy mr O motor, it’s a great car though.

Downside to upgrading.. the higher quality the tool the quicker your stripping those cheap ass grub screws 😅

Yes definitely good for a grasshopper uncontrollably fast it seems for most because it’s not set up to go near that fast. I like the idea of pushing it but know I’m probably going to crash it eventually. The shocks and just everything is meant for a 380 ripping threw sand dirt or whatever it’s rugged. Since you're using cheaper tires why not cut slits in the tread to put the fishing line?

anyone know how to calibrate these ESCs? i have one similarl 60a with a fan on top, from ali express. ive tried holding throttle down and powering on ESC but it just beeps until it senses neutral and then when it does sense neutral it beeps like a quadcopter ESC
