Interesting .The NTG5 sounded as if some noise cancellation would have been applied. Actually it sounded quite artificial. Not sure what could have caused it. The Videomic NTG sounded quite natural.

How you can control when you out! I connect to wifi home but when i get out home I can’t control the carage! It’s not useful for me like this if I can’t see are open or close , When I am away from home. When I turn on the cellular network, I do not see it responding. I tried to connect Wi-Fi from my second device and the same problem. How did I do it?

Thanks for the video guys! Can you speak to the long term stability of it 1y later? Any issues with it dropping off the network or becoming unavailable etc? Slightly concerned about it being shipped with some firmware that messes around inside the LAN but probably could just load ESP Home via USB immediately.

Maybe I missed something, but how did you get your car to be able to open your garage door? And how do you open your garage door without being connected to your home WiFi?

It's not a good camera for podcasting. It overheats even when recording through HDMI without recording internally. I'm using it with an ATEM mini pro ISO and they just overheat even though they are just plugged into HDMI and idle. Terrible. This only happens in 4K modes but the image is softer when using 1080p modes out of HDMI. Every TH-camr who is recommending this camera seems to be using this camera to record internally only. It may be ideal for that use case but, in my opinion podcasting requires the use of a switcher. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm using 3 zve10s in a professional podcast studio rental space.

Where did you get your DC barrel to DC barrel cable?

I use a $50 laptop bag I can stuff a pillow in and I get all the extra pockets and stuff

I'm a bit late on this one. But does the NTG5 really cut out the reverb as much as it appears to do in this video? No trickery going on or separate noise reduction in post? Because that's great if that's the case. Nice video btw.

The fact that the NTG 5 come with everything you'll need is a major plus in my book. It sounded nice outdoors too.

This one and this one? Slightly confusing when you are listening audio only then rewinding to discover that it doesn’t help to watch 😂😂 Other than that I love the content and tone. Still can’t decide which one to buy though….

Can you change the type of false colour used? I can’t seem the option on the monitor but oddly it seems to be an option when viewing via the app.

hey i see this has been asked, but i keep reading that this cam is no good for over an hour records due to overheat. i was reccomended the FX3 since it has built in fans, but is way pricier! any recs or advice on this? I know there is a zve-10 mark ii as well now

It asked me to update automatically when I pulled them in today, and said it would first transfer my audio files, then deleted them. It created a text based file, and that's all? Thank you! :)

Does zv e10 has video recording limit & heating issue for long podcast recording??

Tried with iPad 10 with usb c and x-h2, tried several cables, camera on webcam mode. Not working. iOS 17. Am I missing something?
