Thanks for watching everyone. I’ll be happy to answer any questions below.
This is also my new channel we’re I’m thinking of putting BTS content.
I have a huge question. That tight shot. I think it may have been your c cam. What frame rate were you shooting at? It makes me sea sick.
Everything was 4k 25p but it might be dogily warp stabilised or slowed down in post if it’s b roll?
"Isaac thinks I tighten things down way too much"
I was watching him crank something down and thought he was agressive! 😂
haha, I hate a wobble
Interesting to see your audio set up.
I often use my shotgun into the mini xlr and then run the radio mic into 3&4 setting the levels on 3&4 with one being quite a bit lower than the other to protect any peaks.
The C70 is the best camera I’ve ever owned or used in this realm of cameras.
I also run an LEYE evf with the German guys Zacuto lupe modification. Be interesting to see what Canon comes out with next year. The RF24-105 2.8 looks incredible
Hey Isaac I love your content. Can’t wait to see more and watch you grow
Thanks, really appreciate it 🔥
Great breakdown guys! It's a great setup and gave me lots of ideas for my own too. I've also been meaning to buy some sprigs for ages, they look so handy 👍
Awesome Mate!
Great video! One question…what audio settings are you using to have to different channels using the XLR splitter. I don’t know if o have a faulty splitter or incorrect settings but my channel 1 and 2 are connected and the receivers are sent to both channels.
Really smart setup. Inexpensive too!
Yea, I love that it’s all functional and has a purpose, not just “rigging for the sake of it or to look cool”.
where can i buy the "nan m-series" battery?
best set up !
Thanks for the comment. Yea, I loved it so much that I copied the concept for my FX3 🔥 hopefully Daniel will smash out some more videos soon!
Good rig but would greatly benefit from a lens support
Daniel hasn't got any huge lenses (EG: 28-70 F2, anamorphic, 70-200F2.8) so I think it's working well for him :)
I also live in the coast and I see you’ve removed the port covers. Do you ever worry about sand or dirt getting kicked up into the camera?
Hey John, you’ll notice the port covers I’ve permanently removed are the ones with cables plugged in (except headphone). These cables are always plugged in so wasn’t to worried.
I am super OCD but and brush/wipe my gear almost daily so after owning it for almost a year there’s no signs of corrosion or damage. Everything also gets pulled apart and cleaned after a week long shoot on the beach.
I also have an air compressor for pumping up tyres which I use to blow any sand out of small cavities
Yep, I can confirm Daniels "thorough deep clean" after some outdoor adventure videography is legit. And he's done it a million times and everything is still working perfectly
I think that your mics should all be XLR to XLR mini. Balanced audio is better and different than 3.5 jack mics (for dslr rigs)
Does balanced audio make a difference for such short cable runs?
Perfectly balanced, as all things should be...
Yep, it was so tempting to include thanos in the thumbnail 😂
@@Isaac_Insoll you should have 😂😂
