I disagree on the raised pool. The way it's set up here makes it possible to lounge in the pool and have a conversation with the people around the pool in the chairs, without looking at eachother in really awkward angles.

Great critique, Arvin--very informative and very correct. You are especially correct when you point out what I believe is the estate's main flaw: no focal point. How could the developer/architect miss this obvious feature, especially with a home on this grand scale? I'm not a professional architect, but years ago I designed a home using this same propeller design--though on a much smaller scale. I had the common design sense to make the foyer/great room the home's central focus, which, of course, is located in the central propeller.

This house is soooo Henderson. For those of you who don't know Henderson is where poor whites and rich whites go to get away from the coloreds. The nickname is Hendertucky. The rich are new tacky money. All of the businesses and restaurants are in horrible strip malls. The traffic on the main streets is crazy at any time people are traveling. The houses are all cookie cutter. UNLESS it's a custom. That's when you get High School gyms like this. One more thing, it's hella MAGA. So if you're anything not straight white Christian it's not cute. For upscale Las Vegas go to rancho circle or summerlin. By the way why are doing the car thing?
