I really don't like the majority of the finishes and color palettes on these mansions being featured. There's so much potential within each one of these homes and you're left wondering who exactly was making these decisions, and why.

Do they not have fly’s or mosquitoes in LA? How do you just leave doors open all day? I can’t leave my door open 30 seconds without 10 flies getting inside.

Thanks for the video. Honestly, the penthouse is not that impressive for the asking price. it really doesn't seem very spacious - as you mentioned, the guest bedrooms are pretty small and there's really only one living space as it was staged. The balcony seems pretty useless and scary to boot. I would love to know more about the amount of movement the upper floors are expected to experience in heavy winds. The building must have a mass damper, but given the slenderness of the tower, the upper floors will still move a lot. If I recall correctly, the World Trade Center towers moved something like six feet and they were significantly less slender. Seems like these would be great to stay in for a few days, but not to live in full time, despite the views. This comes from a person who loves New York and thinks the Manhattan skyline is one of the most magnificent sights in the world.

Black facade is kinda meh. They should use weathering steel. It feets both colour and natural view.

not a single shot of the exterior makes me go "wow that's so beautiful". it's all extravagant, but nothing is beautiful.

I wouldn't want to live there even if it was free.

At that price point I expect a jacuzzi or a hot tub. As far as a family staying there, the size of that kitchen would give me pause. Is there a grill, somewhere? Where is the space for puzzle night, or game days? Even considering it's Maine, it's too high per night, especially considering all of the add-on fees for Air BnBs in general. It's cute, I expect more for my money.

The problem with these ai models being used to forecast future housing markets or anything else is that the ai is only as good as the data humans put into it. I’ve seen 5 different ai models say completely different things due to the tiny errors or small biases. Ai models can be the most advanced thing on the planet, but if it’s using flawed data compiled by humans that have flaws it to will be flawed. There are different ways of measuring unemployment, crime rates, or any other data used. I just watched your Jessica Simpson episode and you were talking about how the realtor could trick people into how many days the house has been listed technically versus reality. I would imagine that is a pretty important data point for these solutions and is very easily manipulated. I’m not saying people shouldn’t use ai as a tool, I just hope they don’t base their decisions on buying or selling because an ai model said it was going to be a sellers market in 12 months.

So on my TV it kinda looks like he is in a green screen CGI holgram, it looks fake, & i dont like that the view is a highway bridge with Dubai in the background. Too many Banzai trees, but I would perfer indian banyan trees over the palm trees or banzai

I respect the the craftsmanship and attention to detail, but it would take a very foxy lady indeed to convince me to drop $450 a night for a tiny house in the woods of Maine! How muvch time can you spend looking at the outside? The bathroom was impressive (small), but the interior does not live up to the exterior.

Im my opinion, a house start to lose value when it gets to a certain dimension, a certain luxury and history. All not clear advantages. Being too big is a problem on many level. Like travelling from A to B and maintenance. Excess luxury makes it not purchasable and not practical, because you would damage it over time. History makes a house special, but also puts it into some severe laws that protect everything. This is too much...

Parts of this penthouse look like some college dorms I’ve seen before, not an 8 figure house for the ultra wealthy.

I agree that the hot tub should be moved off the front deck and place a dining situation in it's place next to the grill.

This type of house just screams BORING and for OLD PEOPLE. Also you think this looks MASCULINE.!?!? This design screams FEMININE AF to me. The only people this feels like it should appeal to are old women. I mean, there's nothing wrong with it, it's not ugly or anything, but it just reminds me of like half the houses I've ever seen in every suburb everywhere growing up, and there is just NOTHING interesting about it AT ALL. It's just a plain box with windows everywhere. The symmetry just irks me if anything, it's like, TRYING to be as boring as possible

I agree they "nailed" the color palette in the bathroom; it's very beautiful. But the pure white tub/shower with the gold-color fixtures is a miss, IMO. Those fixtures scattered over the white tile wall makes a stark, cheap impression, an unwelcome contrast to the rest of the bathroom. They should have chosen tile of a color (not necessarily dark) that would be more in keeping with the room as a whole.

Would much rather have a sick townhouse with 4 levels than this. Fire, wind, or heaven forbid an attack would make this less than ideal, not to mention just 2 elevators.
