I have a friend who lives in this exact neighborhood, and while it is somewhat far from the beach (15-20 minute drive to the closest beach), it is a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful views. It’s not too far from the city but its location gives you a remote/wilderness feel that is impossible to get in La Jolla or Del Mar.
I might get to teach Arvin something! Gaggenau makes burners that are fabricated inside the slab. You turn it on with controls in the front of the cabinet. Wolf makes a vent hood that is set flush in the ceiling. When you’re not cooking, it’s all invisible. I’m installing this in a Tahoe project next year. Love you. Thanks for educating people how to work with a designer. I get to know my clients needs and dreams. By the time I present, I’m telling them what to do, not asking. The best results are the clients who trust me and let me do my job.
Jimmy Butler is one of the biggest wine geeks in the NBA, so it would make sense that the wine cellar was one of the parts of the home that he actually paid attention to
Wow the wine cellar is absolutely gorgeous and i loved his bathroom with the marbling floor to ceiling. The light fitting in the dining room and lounge area were nice, but didn't fit the rooms they were in.
I like that you like this. Honestly, even though they perform worse, you really should post more videos of stuff you actually like. It'll perform better eventually if you keep doing it.

Honestly, no doubt if i lived in America, I would 100% hire Arvin before buying property. In all of his videos, I am still struggling to fight a single comment that is not absolutely accurate. Arvin, have you seen the latest 177 million property in Bel Air?
Edit: kudos to his interior designer. And I love the curves and the foyer. An entrance foyer is useful if it’s done right. A place to greet guests, a place to doff coats & hats (and shoes in some areas), a mirror to check your appearance. An umbrella stand if needed. And as Arvin says, to set the stage and mood for the house.
I kinda like the coffee-shop-in-a-house idea, even if it's a scaled back version of Jimmy's; a quality coffee setup with a decoration/signage is more interesting and characterful than a coffee pod machine dumped in a nook (aka it' creates a little "moment"), and just like coffee shops it can be decorated and adapted in a ton of different ways.
I love your channel -- You deserve your own show on Bravo, I'll tell you that. I always learn something -- and always laugh -- every episode! (This time w/ you agreeing with yourself - twice!) Anyway - thanks for such a great channel! Not sure you answer random questions in comments -- but I have not yet heard you comment on some of these Prime Bedrooms that have no door to the Prime Bathroom. To me, that would be a negative because it wakes up your spouse/partner every time the other gets up and flicks on the light. But, maybe that is not a factor in the super luxury markets? I was curious of your thoughts since I see it quite a bit in the high-end market.
I like the 2 acres flat land of Jimmy Butler s mansion. I see my self creating different gardens in the lot, a regular garden, a Japanese garden, an herb garden. I will put fountains, and a Koi pond. I still will have space for a small soccer court, and a combined basketball, and volleyball court. I like Jimmy Butler U shape Italian style mansion. I am a sucker for French doors and French windows. I like the house volume, and interior decor. Jimmy paid a low price for that 2 acres mansion. I would rather have this flat land mansion than a $20 million LA mansion on kayson or poles.

Foyer is pronounced with the r in American English. British English is indeed with a silent r and the e has a ‘ah’ sound.
