You’ll probably be able to get a good price this those crash bars if they’re not too bent up.

I would ditch the driveshaft and opt for a sprocket on the back of the power unit and another on the rear end to get the correct offset. That would keep it as short as possible and give you the ability to swap sprockets around to adjust the final drive ratios so if you want to take it on a rally course you can have one ratio and another if you were trail riding and wanted a little more power vs speed. That will also give you more room for the cockpit and make it more comfortable rather than having your legs smashed into your chest or feet squeezed together to keep the front swing arms long enough for decent travel.

I got the exact cart for a similar price at 1600. Same thing with the charger and the rear end being bone dry and I was pretty surprised lol.

I might have missed it, is this NA or boosted? That material looks like it might be a tad thin for boost. StanceWorks built an intercooler out of .090 aluminum and it let go at 14 psi. Just an FYI, you're doing great work!

one question when you order a turbo and it came with water and oil cooling are you force to use both or you can use oil cooling only

Try to weld alu with no.7 cup. No.10gas lens is an overkill for alu. It doesn’t make your life easier and you’re wasting argon.

I've never had a v8 or a k24. For a max about 400hp which would be better for a street fun car? Which would be the most cost effective and most lightweight?

I was thinking that the Subaru WRX STI motor would fit and be close to the original design. I don't think we can do much here in California with the Smog Gestapo.

The large turbo has to feed the small so you can compress compressed air. If the small turbo feeds the big turbo, you would inevitably create a vaccume on the little turbo meaning you would be taking compressed air, and allowing it to expand before recompressing... I JUST bought a 99 tdi, and its lacking to say the least, so i came in here to see what i could find on compounding a little bitty diesel like i do on my 5.9 cummins.
