    Thank you for this. I'm 55, male, 5'9 and 285 lbs. I'm also a 40 year smoker. I'm very out of shape. I get winded just walking up an average flight of stairs or even walking just one block. I can't get up off the floor without crawling to something I can grab and push up on. My feet hurt a lot. I eat nothing but fast food and frozen foods and way too many snacks. I don't know how to change. My self esteem is shot. This is the first video that came up in my search. I will be watching your other vids, especially about nutrition. I don't even know how to shop for healthy food. Maybe you can do a video on that. Again, thanks.

    I’m 9 months into a similar journey I cycled 116 miles in June and have just started running, I started the year at 325lbs I’m currently I’m 244lbs still got a way to go, videos like this have really helped thank you

    The vulnerability in this video is amazing. The part where you had your shirt off, and said “I feel disgusting……I am ready” really hit hard for me. You have worth no matter what you look like, you are not disgusting. You seem like a wonderful person. I’m so glad you decided to change your life and go on a health journey.     Dude, you are such an inspiration! I’m 100 lbs overweight, just turned 60. I’ve lost almost 100 twice before but wasn’t able to keep it off. Thanks for sharing your story! You’ve inspired me to try again. I can’t run but I can walk & I can certainly clean up my food. ❤

    Planter Facitis - I have fought with planters for over a year. Finally I found it about a study where a doctor opened up the heels of over 50 patients with planters. Not one time did he find inflammation. But every single patient had severe tearing in the facia of the heel. The facia heals overnight and then we tear it again in the morning. So once I knew that I decided to buy one of those braces that would hold my foot at a 90°angle while I slept. Within 2DAYS my planters was gone. I still wear the brace 3 weeks later but in a few months I probably will try sleeping without it and see what happens.

    This is such a great video. I still have 110lbs (currently 319lbs down from 372) to lose before I'll be at a reasonable weight and started doing VR Boxing and squats. Those will get your heart pounding! I do a 5 minute session then 10 squats, repeat 5-6 times depending on my energy levels that day. Gyms in Australia are like $80-200 a month so that's entirely out of the question, and I live in a tiny studio apartment in an unsafe part of the city. Everything has to be inside a small space. Like your garage is bigger than my unit!🤣 Also water bottles filled with water are a great substitute for weights

    I`m 34 and started losing weight 4 months ago startet at 134 kg now i`m at 109 kg and doing good amount of sport (Tabletennis in club and training the younger ppls) starting walk and run last week cant wait to finish in a few months my 5km run and than 10km and in about 1 year half marathon Your video pushed me even further 🥲
