I went from morbidly obese to marathoner. I have lost over 165lbs and am looking to use my knowledge to pay it forward to you. I want to help you get started and be relentless.

FILMING AN OLYMPIAN (Behind The Scenes)
She looks so proud of you. Thay woman loves you so much bro. Don't ever take her for granted. To give someone unconditional love at their lowest point.
Good job, I lost 65 pounds in 4 months
Bro is just a chill guy who loves himself
With gods blessings...do your best and enjoy yourself while you're doing it. ❤
You really became a inspiration to me overnight completed my first 10,000 steps today 💪
Way to go Tony. Love this! A reminder to be kind to ourselves. We are all on an ongoing journey. Some days are better than others. Just make every day count ❤
Thank you for this beautiful reminder to be nice to myself this morning....it came at a time when I could really use it. It also reminded me to get back to my pre-dawn sessions when I too could watch the sunrise & know it was going to be a great day.
i can only sprint for atleast a minute and 40 seconds before having an asthma attack so you surely got this!
Even if you’re slow, not many other people are out there running each morning or consistently. Keep it up man, one day you’ll reap the rewards of all your hard work 🙏
Get that shit ,I wish I had that confidence
Keep up the good stuff man
God bless brother
Mad respect, man. Mad respect.
Keep at it buddy
You might have just saved my life
You got this!
@ thanks sweetie
Crying watching I wanna do this and live long! Thanks for sharing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Man why are there no long forn videos for the past 2 years? Saw your obese to marathon that was life changing , would help me a lot if I see your updated videos because there might be some new experiences that might have changed some opinions or created new ones , your an inspiration man . Atleast for me please post videos in here to see
Agreed!
I see a lot of fitness videos .. because that’s my hurdle rn .. and yours are really inspiring and also helpful .. don’t stop .. go one more .. I appreciate what you do here
Such great advice.
This deserves more views. With how many people are obese in America; more people need to see and use this.
Loved this, very inspiring!
There he is!
Thank you so much for this, I’m very obesed and have no idea how to start without hurting myself so this is great 😍
Good luck to you! I'm also very obesed and on my weightloss journey after an injury that put me well over 400lbs. I'm down around 60-70lbs from just eating right! Like what was said in the video, nutrition is the BEST way to lose weight while you're obesed. I'd go so far as to say, if you're as overweight as I am/was, 95% diet, 5% exersise. Exersise can help, but if your nutrition isn't right, you'll never make any meaningful progress.
One of the best videos i have Seen so far... Felicidades de Bolivia!!
Can you do a vlog of your diet?
You're so inspirational. I'm nearly 350 pounds and can scarcely jog 50 yards. Thank you for showing up and shining your light for others to follow. God bless you!
Great motivation brotha
Appreciate it
What a inspirational video, I’ll give you my break down, I am 23 years of age, Jan 2024 I was heaviest I was ever near 21 stone I am also 6 foot 3 tall to give you a idea. Stuck to the keto diet strictly for 8 weeks dropped nearly 3 stone felt it in the body and felt happy. During the keto I did 3km runs most days but struggled with stamina. Since March I’ve relapsed Out of routine and notice i have gained weight again. I am in Ireland and seen the Dublin marathon took place yesterday and its goal of mine to complete that in October 2025 do you think that’s realistic goal for someone who’s obese and can barely run 3km? Any tips? Once again it was honour to watch your video👌💪
You lasted 20 minutes on The Summit. Idk if you should be giving advice lmao
having foot problems has been really discouraging for me - this is giving me hope!
That’s how I was breathing today 😂! Ankle may be sprained and I feel like jello but I feel great for doing it. Thanks for the motivation!
I honestly cant express the level of respect I have for you for doing this not just for you but for your family and your little boy. Amazing
I hate push ups!
I will do it for my daughter, I will do it.
This really made me super emotional. I am truly inspired as I was obese as well and got my first running shoes today and I am an aspiring runner. This made me realise that health is truly wealth and well done!
First off Congratulations! 4 years is incredible so continue to celebrate that! Have you tried meditation and breathwork? I too struggle with binges and both of those Have helped me tremendously
i'm a grown a** 40 yr old man and tears just ran down my face. you're a huge inspiration!
I am at the very start of my weightless journey I am currently obese and I will be documenting my journey the same as you have , this video has gave me so much more motivation congratulations on completing the marathon , my new goal is a marathon at the end , thank you for making my goals bigger and making me believe I can do this , I hope you see this! I will come back and comment under this comment when I complete my marathon!
God this video killed me over a year ago but now I have a son and oh my god im balling. I bought real running shoes today and I am truly starting my journey!!! You are amazing
Man. You had me crying so many times. I have a 3 year old son and so much of what you said resonated with me. I'm 110KG (230/240lbs I think that is?) and I feel disgusting. I just want to feel healthy and strong. My marathon training started this week and I am really hoping to achieve what I was doing when I was fit and healthy. Thank you so much for making this.
This is one of the realest things I've ever seen. I don't even know you, but somehow I feel like I do, and I am so proud of you, brother. We're all gonna make it.
Wow, this is quite the transformation. Congrats on being able to participate in the marathon in spite of the injury. I'm 2 months into my own weight-loss journey. I'm doing things a bit different, making a target of 6k steps daily between my day to day work related walking, a treadmill and walking my dog; as well as strength training with resistance bands because I don't have room for a weight bench at home and cannot afford a gym membership. I was 311 lbs at 5'7" and down to 304 lbs, so far. I have done well to stick to my healtheir eating in spite of the challenges my job brings. I think part of my slower weight loss is partially due to gaining muscle, so I have started to take measurements around my waist, chest and belly. I'll see next month if I'm correct in this theory and ultimately losing inches is what matters.
Oh mate your story is a beautiful one.your an absolute legend bro. I’d give you a huge brotherly hug.
Please make more blogs videos
Great video you understand what it is like for some of us
What was Dannys wife name?
Morgan.
The courage it takes to make that first video .. "I feel disgusting"...you wholeheartedly meant. Thank you for documenting breaking those limiting beliefs and proving yourself TO yourself
15:39 "Just remember that the pain you'll feel is temporary. You run with your legs and when it gest hard you run with yout heart" ❤❤❤
Thank you for this. I'm 55, male, 5'9 and 285 lbs. I'm also a 40 year smoker. I'm very out of shape. I get winded just walking up an average flight of stairs or even walking just one block. I can't get up off the floor without crawling to something I can grab and push up on. My feet hurt a lot. I eat nothing but fast food and frozen foods and way too many snacks. I don't know how to change. My self esteem is shot. This is the first video that came up in my search. I will be watching your other vids, especially about nutrition. I don't even know how to shop for healthy food. Maybe you can do a video on that. Again, thanks.
check out the carnivore diet
All things through God. With him and your beautiful family by your side, you did it! You are inspiring!! You are an inspiration!!
