    My identity! Newish listener, but I've watched your vids for awhile :) I'm also training for a half marathon in April! Hoping to beat my previous time. I'm not very fast, but hoping for an avg page of 12:58 min/mile. Praying your injury heals quickly! I don't really have a question but just wanted to say I enjoyed listening as I crocheted. :)

    So my question is…
    When you were starting to lose weight and lifting weights, what exactly was your process going into the gym? Did you have a game plan of what you were going to do when you got there? How did you gradually build up your strength?

    Bro, how was your barefoot experience going? I did all the advices about it like starting of wearing it for 15-30 mins per day, not running in it at all, no exersizes, then after 1 month I started wearing it for almost every day and I walked in them for 3-5 hours per day in total, but still no running etc.. The case is that all my left and sometimes even right leg toes and fingers started to feel very uncomfortable like a little pain, however I also used toespasers in the end of days for couple of hours while I was at home to give them some rest. What's your thoughts, did you experiensed same? I stopped wearing barefoot for 1,5 months already...

      I’ve backed off a little. Tried to do too much to soon. Still wear them everyday just not all day
