    When I watched this yesterday it was right on time for me!! I speak to myself so negatively sometimes even when I do go for a run or a workout. I always think I could of done better on a run or lifted more at the gym. I still see that 308 lb man in the mirror every morning. It’s hard to be easy on yourself!! Thank again man

    Listing this while doing my at home workout. Covid got me locked up at home, but we still do it. They say its you against you, but its true. You make or break yourself. Count blessings, be forgivefull and do that shit. Im so happy you did the pd with Danny so i found this channel. Thanks for broadcasting🫂

    Ayeeeee I got a shout-out! Wasn't expecting that at all haha! Making yourself a priority is a true statement and ever since I have been doing it I started to see the results. I do have a question this time... I see that you do Cardio and Strength Training. Do you focus on one more than the other or do you try to split them evenly? I started to add strength training in my workouts this time around and haven't done as much cardio as I normally would and notice more muscle than weight loss.

    Make yourself a priority... question! Because of the injury (which sucks.. I'm sorry!!) are you no longer doing the half marathon? If so, did you find it difficult mentally to transition from that goal to something else? I was training for a full marathon in 2020 and when it was cancelled (along with my vacation that was another source of motivation for getting in shape lol) I sort of spiraled, and I'm still dealing with those consequences. It can be difficult to shift your mindset when you've been working really hard toward something for awhile, and just curious on how you deal with that.
